“Pretty large, well organized, clean terminal. Good facilities but no wifi. Security is tight (no surprise), personnel is polite, professional. Check in/out is fast, painless if (and only if) you obey rules and regulations. And NO, professional people are NOT trained to handle jokes (especially if they aren't even funny, I mean the jokes). Location is great, close to everything. Nearby public transportation is very valuable.”

“We took the older version of this tour in 2014 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Well, it’s better now. Tom Spiglanin, the director of education at Palm Springs Windmill Tours, had created a much more evolved and thorough program. He was super communicative and helpful from booking, on the day of our tour booking before we even arrived, and of course throughout our tour. Such amazing, personal service from start to finish. He loves what he does and has a passion for the wind farm and technology. Even if I was only mildly interested in wind power, this would have been a great tour. But I have great interest and curiosity about the subject, and the Palm Springs farm in particular. So Tom’s love and deep knowledge made the whole experience just the best for me. I’d do this tour again for sure.”

The property is beautiful and the history of the vineyard is really interesting. This is a unique experience in the Napa Valley! Be on time, if not early! “Best location ever! Everything was so decorated cutely as well as the layout. Bathrooms are available and connected to the office building. The owners are very polite, kind and understanding if you have any questions then just give them a call or leave a message. My campsite was as close to the beach as possible. I think site #53. It had a bench, fire pit and parking lot. The view of the ocean, stars, moon and thundering waves was breathtaking. My tent was put on the ground facing the ocean and I noticed after a while that there were these small little crabs or crustaceans climbing on the tent they would fall off while climbing and didn’t do anything but just a warning to zip up tents. I woke up in the middle of the night to a walrus making noises and I could see it about 30 feet away from me. I woke up in the morning to the walrus laying on the sand which was awesome. Make sure you look at the prices of the campsites because they can get pricy, if you drop in the cost is lower.”

“I have been flying in and out of this airport for a little over ten years with zero complaints. Baggage claim is as easy and pain-free as can be and security takes all of 5 minutes. From car to gate takes about 10 minutes without checking bags. Rental cars are plentiful through National/Enterprise and Avis also opened a new location on site. Weather can be a cause of delays and cancelations during the foggier times of the year but there is word of upgrading to a ILS CAT III so hopefully those issues will be drastically reduced. Hope to see the day they add a tower”

“Nice selection of snacks and dishes while waiting for flights. Clean facilities. They bring out chef's choice dishes which is also a nice touch. Plenty of seating however not many reclining nor cushiony seats. Will get you through your layover with the time constraints so I'd say it's worth it to be away from the hustle and bustle of the terminal. My grandson loved when the cheeseburger sliders came out with fries.”

“I am now a loyal SVH customer. Last year we sat with Ruzan as she designed and customized the most amazing Spain vacation ever! She even made dinner reservations for us. She read our minds when it came to our specific travel needs. This year we went back to Ruzan for our 25th anniversary Italy vacation. She remembered our preferences and chose flights and hotels accrodingly. She booked our tours, train tickets, transfers etc. She made recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. It was absolute perfection as far as vacations are concerned. Next year, France? Greece? Croatia? Not sure! All I know is Ruzan will be planning it.”
