“One of the most beautiful colours I’ve seen travelling 😍 Argentinians Mountains are nothing to envy to other countries ! You’ll meet wonderful animals around there “Bicounia” but before to get there you have to know : - if you don’t have a 4x4 please just take a lift with the guides at the tourism office they are really kind and tell you a lot about the place(6.000$ pesos p.p) + 200 pesos p.p for the entrance . - you can go by yourself but be aware the road are not easy and you could break your renting car. - you’ll get to 4000m of altitude and there you’ll need a sweet or warm clothes to be comfortable. - at 3pm start to be very windy at this times so preferably go in the morning 🥰 - For drone Flyers check the wind which in altitude is higher . . Enjoy the beautifuf view !”

“This ranch is absolutely beautiful - off the beaten track but that makes it all the more authentic. Loved the pack of dogs running around and there were obviously a lot of horses. We had a very large room with a woodburner which I'm sure would be lovely in winter. The staff are super attentive and accommodating, even with limited English. We enjoyed 2 horse rides a day (they will take you out separately if you are experienced and ask nicely). The lunch each day was a BBQ feast and the entertainment also very good. The only negative is the mosquitos and horse flies, if you are liable to get bitten I suggest you bring the strongest repellent you can get and cover up!”

“Friendly people. Not crowded during weekdays. Good restaurant which also makes deliveries. The pool is only for kids, not good for swimmimg (2 feet deep most of it). Nice park. Poor phone signal strength. Has a nice place to do laptop work with wifi and beer.”

“The boat trip was well organised from the pick up and transfer by the bus to the port. While driving to the boat oir guide Melina gave us all necessary information about the tour, timelines, the history of the Island. Thanks Melina for paying equal attention to English speaking group members as i was told that all excursion is in Spanish) No, we also got the same portion of knowledge) Melina shared the history of origen of the botanical garden and the current aporoach. We had aporox 1 hour of free time for enjoying the meal at the beach or walking in the forest. The second part of the excursion to the National park I considered as a boat trip only as you can't see much walking 800m circule on wooden road. Our return was about 1 hour when you see all the nature, mountains ans seagulls around. Amazing!”

“Great tour agency. Very friendly and thoughtful. We bought a tour for El Calafate with them. They were a third party provider, and the tour’s cancellation policy was in the fine print after ordering (7-day notice). They could not help with cancellation but assisted in downgrading the tour and met us in person on a Sunday morning (Christmas Eve) to refund the difference in pesos. Really appreciate the folks here and all the support! The pricing was also equivalent to booking directly with the provider online, with the addition of their in-country support via Whatsapp.”

“I have definitely learnt my lesson. If you are going for terrible service, then chose this business. First I get notifications they are picking us up at 9am in our apartment. Then I get another notification that the pick up location has changed and we are meeting in the city centre, altho a little annoyed, I appreciated the notifications, that's where it stopped. We meet at 9am no more comminications after this. People waiting are also getting impatient. I'm a very easy person, however, but if you don't communicate with me I am going to get impatient. Bus arrived at 10am and we could have eaten breakfast by now. Do yourself a favor, pay a little more and get the best experience ever.”

“It just takes over an hour to escape the magnetic charms of Buenos Aires (and it’s traffic jams) to escape to the famous Pampas. Estancia Santa Susana is a good choice for the day at a ranch... with some doubts first if it is worth it we all (7 of us) all enjoyed the tour. Extremely friendly staff working hard to feed and entertain the flocks of tourists but at the end of the day to money you leave there is to support the local community. Very good Asado which is not just a barbecue and along with being the national tradition it is also the source of the national pride. Excellent show with high level performance including awesome boleadoras dance... and yes gauchos are real”
