“Not the closest apartment to the boardwalk/market place but probably one of the nicest. About a 1500m scenic walk to the shops and restaurants. Apartment had almost everything we needed and the NETTO close by had everything else. Beach was beautiful. Would definitely come back.”

“We had to book out early due to a young group of men shouting and swearing at 3am through till 8am on our second night of 5. There was lots of loud singing, banging, and running round not to mention banging on guests doors. I felt sorry for the lovely receptionist trying to control it all. Inevitably, she couldn't on her own. I got the impression others chose to check out early, and that this wasn't a one off, as upon raising my concern she mentioned another large group was due in that afternoon and hinted a similar problem may occur. The rooms themselves were ok. The food was good, and the staff were lovely. It's just a shame they attract disorderly groups. The hotel location is about 20 km too far out from the hiking routes for the mountains. It's also near a busy main road which is noisy and renders the balconies unusable. The property also has no boundary access for any trails. So once at the hotel unless you have a car you have nothing to do. We went for rest and relaxation and my low rating is on the basis we had the inconvenience of checking out and having to find another hotel at short notice. This could have been avoided had the hotel possessed onsite security.”

“Great hotel with cool stuff 😎 We stayed in a double room - it is really spacious and looks fresh. The most important - sterile cleanliness!!! Housekeeping does the job on 10000 of 10! The gentleman on the reception is very friendly and kind, gave all information clearly, many thanks to him 🙏🏼(His name is Mark, if I remember correctly 😄) Just a thing is a little uncomfortable - all tourist notes and brochures in the room are in Polish 🥲 For foreigners maybe it’s better to double the information in English) Anyway, it’s not a real problem, because reception knows English cool and we didn’t feel misunderstood 😌”

“Our tour with Dale was amazing, he clearly had unique background knowledge that gave us a great insight into the history in Krakow. We booked the morning tour of the Old town and then decided to stay on for the afternoon tour of the Jewish Quarter also. Dale kept us entertained the whole tour giving various recommendations throughout the city - even helping other people in the group book future activities! I would definitely recommend going on this tour to understand the incredible history of Krakow.”

“Worth booking again. Location: - Close to the beach (roughly a 20 min walk or just take the car to the closest car park) from there it is 5 min to the beach. - all well looked after. No litter. a lot of playing areas for children. - BBQ stations all round Housing: - big 6 place apartments lack a storage, especially in the bathroom. the terrace could use some sort of canopy so you can sit outside, even if it is raining. This has already been discussed with the manager and they are aware of the situation and will adress this in the winter 2023. Restaurant/Food: - we booked half board. It is well worth it. The food is always fresh and well served. make sure you are early enough the get a place to sit though. Staff: - amazingly friendly and helpful. Most could speak english, so the communication was secured. Please don't bother with any other languages apart from polish or english. Would recommend a visit. Make sure to check out all the entrances to the beach. There is more than one :).”

“This travel agency is a scam. Will never do business with them again. They lie to you so that you book a vacation with them and get you to put money down on a reservation. Later to find out the vacation package I reserved is Full board and not all inclusive. Took my money and never refunded me after I wanted to cancel the reservation. THIEVES.”
