“I ordered a transfer from the airport through GetTransfer in November 2022. I chose the driver of this company (Hyundai ix35 BG1862GF). The plane was delayed, I informed the driver via WhatsApp. He said that an extra hour would cost 10 euros. I agreed, but when the plane arrived, the driver did not wait and just left. It was not possible to return $50 for the canceled transfer. GetTransfer support said that they contacted the driver and he provided evidence that I canceled the transfer. I have a WhatsApp message history that confirms that this is not true. The driver did not wait, deceived technical support and because of this I could not make a refund.”
