“Outside high-season this place gets very small. Couple of cafées, your all-carrying merchant, chinese food, two bakeries... Everything opens and closes REALLY early so you have to check availability. Everything is OFF after 20pm. You come here for rented summer cottages, THE BEACH is definitely predominant and cozy familiarity and indoors "hygge" is the agenda”

He made everyone on our tour feel an important part of the trip and helped us all embrace the “social sailing” concept. We had a great time getting to know our fellow passengers and the city. “It's a 19th century lighthouse. You can enter it and even climb on top of it though a very small door. There is information about the lighthouse 's history inside. Entering the lighthouse was completely free. They are closed in stormy weather, however. The view from the top of the lighthouse is beautiful.”

“We arrived at Hejlsminde Strand Camping on our way to Sweden and ended up staying two nights instead of one! This little gem has everything. Individual plots, gorgeous views and beautiful surroundings. Very friendly staff, super clean and large facilities make it all even better. We'll happily make camp here again if we come past in the future even if it meant a little detour or driving just a little further :)”

Nice & friendly couple Who runs the camp. And it's possible to grab something to eat next Doors. Wery Nice area for running or for a walk.”
