“The eat hotel experience I have ever had, the staff here is lovely and attentive. The small number of rooms makes the service here like no other place I have been, and the attention to detail is impressive. The rooms are clean and nice, the decor all around is good, the bathrooms are beautiful, the towels soft, the bed is good! There is simply nothing to fault this stay, and everyone here fleas above and beyond for the guests. I need to visit this place again and you need to go there if you are going to Douro valley, it is simply a must visit!”

“Got aches and pains is this a great place to go. The pools are excellent but you must realise that the only one that is actually heated is the outside pool. This is not a big thermal resort like you would find in Budapest.”
