“Great relaxing ride, cabin feels really secure, but not claustrophobic. Views are amazing and a really beautiful way to enjoy the sunset before walking the marina to lap up the twilight colours. A great short activity for kids and adults alike, I went by myself on this occasion and it was a really peaceful way to enjoy the Fremantle sunset”

“Fantastic memorable family experience. We were keen to do during Canola season, and it did not disappoint, the morning was perfect. We had about an hour in the balloon. A little icy on our feet, recommend wearing warm socks. Sven, our pilot was excellent, knowledgeable and we felt very safe. Windward was well organised, from booking to the great ground team all round from start to finish. Lovely breakfast to follow. Highly recommend.”

“A memorable experience that takes you back in time.. great for the kids (and us too). The Driver’s commentary was informative and entertaining. The journey was a little more than an hour with a 20min break at the “cascades” before heading back. A walk down from the platform at cascades to the stream below is a fun activity. The train takes you through dense forests and over 3 old bridges.. it gives you a glimpse of life back in the early 1900s.. the carriages are immaculate and clean. I would recommend it in a heartbeat. The ticket price might seem a bit high, but for the effort they put in and considering the maintenance of the tracks, tram, station, and overheads it’s definitely worth the experience. It’s a bit of a shame that tourism WA doesn’t do much to promote and support it.”

“The food here is always solid, but they have changed their menu and it was absolutely amazing. I have eaten in restaurants all over Australia and this is first class. Before you go to eat the food you already know it’s gonna taste good. The entree dishes were probably the best I have had. The vibe and staff are as good as it gets. Big shout out to our waiter Brett, his always fantastic when we go there. Also James the Chef is more than happy to answer any of our questions and the food he is pumping out is first class.”

“Booked and paid online, tickets arrived in my inbox pretty quickly. On the day, easy to get to the Pier via public transport system, on arrival, it was relaxed waiting for the boarding time which was well organised. I had booked the lunch cruise, the catering was outstanding and the crew very friendly and helpful. Definitely singing I would do again. Only improvement needed was the PA system, wasn't very clear although it was competing with the engine sounds.”
