“I had a great time on the bike tour! I went on my own, and was put in a group with eleven other friendly guests. Our guide was great: he spoke perfect English, was extremely knowledgeable, and made sure everybody was having a good time. He even taught us stuff about American history that I didn’t know! I loved supporting the causes behind Bambike as well as taking the tour. I wouldn’t change anything, but I would add a longer cruise around Intramuros on the bikes. We got on and off the bikes regularly and I would’ve liked to spend twenty or thirty minutes just following our guide around the area on a nice bike ride. Highly recommend to someone who’s looking for a unique and local way to explore Intramuros!”

“So you pay for parking and free shuttle service. They give you the number to call for pickup. So after being away for 53 days I get back at midnight and lots of luggage. We repeatedly called and texted with no response for 45 minutes. Finally had to get a grab to take us to the park n fly. When we arrive both shuttle drivers there, I ask why no one respond. Their lame excuse was the office answers. Well guess what not my problem. We were paying for a service they never fulfilled. Also when we get their with grab they had moved our car and then had to wait more for them to retrieve our car when we pull up where it was supposed to be. DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS, THEY DON'T KNOW THE MEANING OF TAKING CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.”

“Reliable and very diligent in checking our visa requirements. We submitted our files on a weekday and went there at 10AM (opening) and we were accommodated immediately. We had to pay an additional 500 pesos per application due to missing requirement. However, this fee is deductible from your visa application fee once you submit the complete requirements. We went back around 2PM same day to submit the missing document and their office is already filled with applicants. So, I suggest going early if you can. A letter of acknowledgment is also needed if you are submitting a bank certificate from a digital bank.”

“Disappointed and not approachable. We gave to the 2 ladies of rajah travel agency assigned during the travel fare held in our govt office last October 2023 the COMPLETE REQUIREMENTS FOR JAPAN VISA of my parents. Then after how many days they called us and said we have a lacking documents. I remember and beleive it was all complete because I always do the said documents to our office especially to my boss thats why I am familiar with the said documents needed. But then the agent who called us insist that we have lacking documents and to be better to proceed with the processing she just said that we should request again for the updated bank statement etc. so we just requested again. Then when the passport with visa was granted they called us that it was ready for pick up, so we authorized our liason officer to get the passports but upon receiving it, the old passport was not returned to us we only received the new passport with visa. We really remember that we gave it to them all the requirements/documents including the old and new passports. The question is where is it? They did not answer our questions and calls. Can they be please responsible for the important documents of the clients?! 😐😤🙄”

“Plent lit place to hop on or go down the bus, plenty of taxi and angkas riders in front. They have free CR at the back of the terminal. Too bad they are too far from Cubao farmers plaza, a bit of a walk. Best and nearest terminal to go travelling up north if you are coming from SM north EDSA.”
