“Great experience! Our Captain was funny and knowledgeable! The tour starts on the street downtown and finished on the water. Perfect length, not to short, and not to long. Even the kids were entertained and got to help drive on the water! Would highly recommend, history and entertainment combined!”

“We were looking at booking a few days here. Looks amazing, and sites look to be in good shape. Went on line and put in the dates we want, no issues. The issue to me is to actually pick the site you want they require an extra $30 Lock Fee! I emailed them asking to explain this Lock fee which they did respond. I asked then if the site I want is available on the dates I entered they why should I pay a Lock fee as well. To me it is a Nicole and dime game to the customer. The reply from the campground was you don't have to pay the Lock fee, but you are not guaranteed that spot just one simular. Sorry not paying around $60 per night with no say so in the site. Did let them know I will be looking else where to stay. Just be aware if you want a specific site it will cost you more.”

“Personally, we probably would prefer using a different company. We found communication to be poor. Both ends of our trip had drivers late, which left us 1) wondering if we'd make our flight on time, and 2) wondering if we're waiting at the right spot at the airport. In fact, when our driver on our outbound trip called to tell us he'd be 25 minutes late, he said we could either wait, or catch an Uber and get a refund. Not sure that's the customer service Burton would like to know about from their drivers. Our return driver was very nice and conversational during the drive. He got a great tip - and he apologized for being late. However, we didn't get any communication he'd be late either. The link they send to "find your driver" didn't seem to be accurate and updated very slowly. Kind of useless, really. Get an app, guys!”

“We had a blast on our tour! We had 15 ladies for a 50th birthday bash and shared it with five others that were there for a 21st birthday bash. The hosts were great and played fun music. We all danced, and had a blast! I only wish it wasn’t fully enclosed for when it was nicer out, but other than that I would highly recommend!”
