“They didn’t show up for our booked tour to see the aurora and no one picked up their phone when we tried to call. They claimed to have called us before to inform us the time change through voicemail, but that is just a lie. We did not receive any voicemail or calls, let alone they should have emailed us, texted us, and other ways to make sure we got the message when there is a 30-min time change. They claimed to have arrived 30min early at the hotel, but when they were outside of the hotel why never called us? Even if we were at the hotel lobby at that time, we wouldn’t know which shuttle to get on. The customer service afterwards was so rude. They protected their colleague and claimed they have all the phone records. Well we can pull all the records too from our phone service provider to show them there was no voicemail or calls. They even hung up the phone in the middle of a conversation. ————————— Jan 1 2024 response to the reply below posted by the business: Wow. Fascinated by this company’s official response. Facts that I can present in front of a judge if I may: No one called us before the trip to inform us that the 10:30 trip was changed to 10pm. No voicemail. No text. No email. No one called us if they were waiting outside of our hotel. Whether anyone even came to our hotel that night remains a question even. I never yelled nor cursed when calling the company after being stood up the previous night. The customer service guy hanged up in the middle of our call, right after he was asked for his name. To your knowledge, whoever is the business owner, customer agent should always introduce themselves by name and not hide behind the phone anonymously. The guy on the phone kept saying the company kept every record to avoid disputes like this and indicated it was our problem. Well, pure lies that can be proven easily by our phone records. My husband was so angry that I was treated like that, so he called back and said these lines: Never hang up on your customer’s call. F. U. Based on the interaction, it doesn’t seem like your team cares about customers enough for a perfect experience. We get it, sometimes situations like this happen. What pissed us the most when we talked to the operator guy, he immediately blamed us for not getting the updated pick up instruction. I will state again, we never received any communication from your team prior to the trip, so stop shifting the blame to the customer and admitting you made a mistake. You often talk about how you are one of the best tour company in the area in other reviews. Maybe you are, when things go according to the plan. But when things go south, considering the size of your company, it is among the worst I have experienced. Also as an advice, given most of your tours happen at night and your company is so “great”, you may consider adding an oncall team that can answers customers’ call after 5pm. When you are a tour company, it is not a 9-to-5 job anymore.”

“We were so impressed with this air service and specifically our pilot Louie. He knows what he's doing for real. We were very nervous we were going to be stranded for an additional day due to cloud cover and lack of instruments at the airport we were departing from, but he found a way to get us home.
