Order an "atom" which is made of ayran+mineral water+lemon, when you took "atom" you will sweat, change the "peştemal" and rest there at least 30 minutes. Than wear your stuff, go out and take a "ayak paça" or "kelle paça" in the restaurants around. That is called " Hamam Keyfi" in Turkish.”
