“The terminal is clean and well organized. Some staff are rude. Before riding the ferry you should do check in, either through the machine or at the counter where you might have to wait in a long queue. Very weak WIFI and useless. I took a ferry to Tallinn in last August. Clean but few chairs to set in the sheltered areas, otherwise you may set on the open deck under the cold wind. No WIFI during the journey”
