“I placed an order of Iskender Kebab to go, what I get was literally plain meat ( doner ). No yogurt, no sauces and they never put napkins and forks. Yogurt is an important part of Iskender Kebab, how they can only put a spoon of yogurt in the Iskender. Never try Iskender here”

“Cafe Divan is a uniquely shaped Turkish restaurant in the heart of Georgetown, DC. It has beautiful full floor-to-ceiling windows that gives it a special view from inside the triangular shaped building, which sits on the corner intersection of Wisconsin and 34th Street. The food was served promptly and hot! Very tasty "pide" (pronounced "p-day") - a Turkish pizza, tomato salad, and a ganache styled chocolate cake! 😋 The staff was very friendly and also spoke Turkish! I did struggle a bit going down the narrow stairs w/ slightly short ceilings. I'm over 6 feet. I did notice a few flies inside the restaurant that I pointed out to the staff. Luckily, we weren't interrupted during our meal by the pests. Maybe the staff swatted them? Idk? 🤷🏾‍♂️ All-in-all, a really nice dining experience.”
