“First time here and I got in and out of the office within an hour with no scheduled appointment. The front office is very quick and fully prepared to take walk-ins and get them scheduled with ease. As soon as I turned in my paperwork I was called back within just a few minutes, I got my X-ray done and the technician was very helpful and friendly. The nurse was very kind and she throughly explained everything. Dr. Michael Hawkins was great and I felt like I was in good hands. He gave me an injection and I didn’t feel any pain really. “We had a great experience at Memorial Urgent Care Center in Pembroke Pines. Our son had injured his foot during track practice and couldn't walk on it. We were on edge not sure if it was fractured. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Dr. Brown was very attentive, knowledgeable, and was absolutely amazing putting us and our son at ease. She diagnosed and treated his condition quickly and effectively as a sprain. Her assistant, Joy and Vanessa, her Radiology Tech were also amazing. They really made us feel comfortable and cared for. They answered all of our questions and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend this urgent care center to anyone who needs prompt and quality medical attention. “We drove 20 minutes to go to this specific urgent care because we have had such amazing experiences in the past. We walked in at 6:45pm and there was one person in the waiting room. We stood at the counter and waited for someone to greet us. Finally a woman slid the door open and rudely stated that they were not taking anymore patients for the evening. There waited time had exceeded our closing time. They close at 8pm so I was completely shocked by this answer. There was no remorse or concern for us just rudeness. This is unacceptable and I won’t be back.”

“Trinity Health Urgent Care medical and office staff were polite and professional. Doctors on duty were very busy, but knowledgeable and quite capable with well equipped Domino Farm facility. Obviously without full capability of an hospital emergency room, but in my case were able to x-ray my damaged finger, numb it, cut it open to examine for embedded debris, and close it back up. Wrote pharmacy prescription to keep it safe. Much quicker than an e-room visit and just as effective.”

“This place would definitely not be my choice for medical care, less urgent care, but had to go due to a work injury, and they were the Insurance Company or Employer's choice. It is quite clear that the PA that I saw cares more about getting paid over patient care, since quality care is Not offered here. This PA never listened to any of my concerns in reference to my injuries, and even when I expressed my level of pain, he acted un- concerned/nonchalant and without compassion. The staff was not very friendly, and/or pleasant, so makes the atmosphere uneasy, tense😬 and just not wanting to be there. Plus the place was empty- I was the only patient there, yet waited quite a while before being called back to be seen. This should be the opposite, esp. for an urgent care clinic, where you expect kind and compassionate care. In general the place was unclean- The waiting area was being swept while I was there,( no apologies offered for the flying germs, dust/dirt) you would think this would be done before opening the clinic. The equipment used also was unclean- Xray- table appears filthy, with no sanitary cover. As said, they're all about the money, and not about quality patient care. How sad😢!”

“This place is great for urgent care visits, but would not recommend if you are looking for a primary care physician. On the first visit there, my blood pressure was high and I was given the option of taking blood pressure(bp ) pills or getting it rechecked in a couple of weeks. Which is OKAY, except I stated I didn’t have a history of high blood pressure and I wasn’t asked about my diet or specifics on my lifestyle which does have an impact on bp. I also stated that sometimes I experienced chest pains, and was only told that wouldn’t be a symptom of high bp and should go to the Emergency Room if I do get chest pains. No further questions were asked regarding my experiencing chest pains, so I felt like the doctor really didn’t care and assumed most of my problems were from my weight because I am overweight. If you want medicine to treat the symptoms you may be experiencing this is the place for you. However, if you want to get to the root of the problem and want to get your body healthy, go somewhere else. I gave two stars because the office staff is extremely friendly.”

Your receptionist needs to be reminded that she sets the tone and to be mindful of her dry attitude. The nurse, doctor and X-ray tech were great but Receptionist is the reason for only 4 stars. Do better young lady. You get 1 shot to get it right.”

“Was hospitalized for some type of bleeding and was not given anything for pain except Tylenol. I had a blood transfusion and two iron transfusions due to the severity of my condition. I'm still in pain and home now. I'm glad to be alive. I wish I was given an endoscope and surgery but "they don't do that here." The rest of it was good. I'm so hurt they will not give proper pain management. Glad to get blood.”

“I've been here several times and have had the most positive urgent care experience. The employers up front are kind and very helpful. I haven't had to wait very long whenever I've gone. The doctors and nurses have been very knowledgeable, considerate and take time to answer all of my questions. For comparison sake, I'd gone to Minute Clinic and Care Now before my experiences at both places have been nothing but negative. Both were much more expensive with long wait times and not great doctors, not to mention all the billing issues. I was so impressed with Legacy ER that I purchased the coverage plan that they offer. It was very inexpensive and very worth it! Was surprised that it also had great discounts on dental and vision, and both my eye doctor and dentist accept it. It even covers crowns. It seemed too good to be true but I've used quite a bit over the last year it and it delivers what it promises.”
