“Experience was good.Treating nurse and PA were great. The only complaint is that I made an appointment for 3:30PM. I got there and receptionist took my driver’s license and insurance card to process. The receptionist asked me to sit to process my credentials. Meanwhile 3 other people came in for service and I had to wait for the receptionist to process them. After serving the 3 people, the receptionist finished my paperwork. Therefore, I did not go back for service until 25 mins after my appointment. I also arrived a few mins before the appointment. I would suggest if someone has an appointment to finish their paperwork before starting to process others who come in after. Just a suggestion.”

“I went to this Sutter Urgent Care in Roseville yesterday, to address my sore throat, ear pain and cough. I haven’t been feeling well past couple of days; thinking maybe I had strep throat or could be a cold, maybe the flu, distant thought…possibly covid. I went into their lobby, wearing a surgical mask. I was timely checked in by an attentive front desk staff member. I was pleasanrlu surprised to be called in within 10 minutes! My provider’s name was “Julie”, she was so polite and thorough. Made me feel really comfortable, except for the part the pole vault length cotton swab being carefully inserted into each of my nares. She stated she’d give me a call as soon as she got the results..and she did! Wow! Kept her word, gave me my results, which i could then get the appropriate medications! I can tell she really enjoys working with patients! She MADE the visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! This place is SUPER clean! Everyone was VERY nice. The waiting room is quite spacious and parking is NOT an issue for my large crew cab truck. I went there around 5:45 pm. Was hardly packed. Also, they have a cool kit that tests for RSV, COVID, and the flu with a SINGLE swab for each nare!👏👏👏”

“Went to cottage urgent care today in Santa Maria on Skyway Drive because I wasn’t feeling well and was very impressed with the type of treatment that I received from the beginning to the end they were very professional. The facility was really clean and the PA that I saw (Sickelton) was extremely professional, and had excellent bedside manners. Very conveniently located, they definitely knew what they were doing and got me in and out in less than an hour, and I didn’t have an appointment thus I highly recommend this location.”

“Let me start off by saying I can not say enough good things about this place. I had completely abandoned my teeth for almost 15 years due to personal issues and lack of good state provided health insurance. I was added to my husband's Blue of California plan and began making appointments immediatley. Without the insurance I would have probaly paid 9k, but instead I am paying 4k through a payment plan they provide - teeth aren't cheap, but we need them! Anyways, I have been going every single week to get work done and just finished all the major work today. What a relief! I have all fillings and onlays done and I feel like I have my smile back. The dentists and assiting dentists are incredible. After seeing them so often, I always feel comfortable going there. Unfortunatley, I have an OCD tick that makes me swallow non-stop when they're working on my teeth. They have been nothing but kind and understanding of the situation and allow me to take a break if I need too. When I did have a full blown ticking episode, I apologized profusely and they assured me everything was okay and that they understood. As someone who suffers from extreme anxiety and OCD, it feels so good to be assured and that they'll help me through it. Also, and importantly so, they never judged me for abandoning my teeth or having severe anxiety. They were there to help without judgement since day one. Lastly, scheduling with them is easy. They are pretty flexible when it comes to making an appointment. All in all, this place is great. The staff is incredible and you can tell its a positive work environment. They genuinely want to see you smile - a healthy smile! Thanks so much El Segundo Modern Dentistry. I know we've got one more cover to go, a nightguard, and whitening left to do - but so far you have given me a healthy mouth and confidence back in my smile after years of hiding and being self concious about it.”

I was given an rx for antibiotics and steroids and was out of there in less than an hour total. I'm feeling better and abscess is healing. I will be going back as needed. “We were visiting Palm Springs from Texas when both my partner and I fell ill. We visited Eisenhower Urgent Care and I’ll have to say, the experience couldn’t have been better. It seemed pretty busy but all the front desk personnel greeted everyone and seemed to have a smooth registration process. KUDOS to Joe who was very patient and professional when a patient seemed to be having a bad morning. When we were taken to the exam rooms, we met Kelly and Lindsay who were both so friendly and really down to earth. When the provider (Andy) saw us and talked to us about our swab results, he was genuinely concerned for how we felt and did an amazing job talking to us about the treatment plan and what prescriptions he was going to send in for us. He left the room and not even a couple minutes later came back and asked if we would be ok receiving some IV medications before we left. This really made the difference as he had already called in the medications we needed but wanted to make sure we got the treatment started ASAP, I couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate and caring team!! Thank you for treating us with such kindness! If we are ever here again and need some medical attention, we won’t hesitate to stop by!”
