“We are from out of town and our son started getting sick. We took him here and we were very pleased with the whole place! Not only was the check in process easy and fast, but we were seen promptly and the physician we saw was VERY thorough and pleasant! The whole staff was so caring and sweet with our little one and we could not have been more happy! Definitely recommend seeing them for your urgent care needs!”

“We drove 20 minutes to go to this specific urgent care because we have had such amazing experiences in the past. We walked in at 6:45pm and there was one person in the waiting room. We stood at the counter and waited for someone to greet us. Finally a woman slid the door open and rudely stated that they were not taking anymore patients for the evening. There waited time had exceeded our closing time. They close at 8pm so I was completely shocked by this answer. There was no remorse or concern for us just rudeness. This is unacceptable and I won’t be back.”

“I've been here several times and have had the most positive urgent care experience. The employers up front are kind and very helpful. I haven't had to wait very long whenever I've gone. The doctors and nurses have been very knowledgeable, considerate and take time to answer all of my questions. For comparison sake, I'd gone to Minute Clinic and Care Now before my experiences at both places have been nothing but negative. Both were much more expensive with long wait times and not great doctors, not to mention all the billing issues. I was so impressed with Legacy ER that I purchased the coverage plan that they offer. It was very inexpensive and very worth it! Was surprised that it also had great discounts on dental and vision, and both my eye doctor and dentist accept it. It even covers crowns. It seemed too good to be true but I've used quite a bit over the last year it and it delivers what it promises.”

“So grateful for this place and staff. Our toddler needed help the day before Thanksgiving...no openings anywhere and these nice people got her in and out so quickly. Our 4 year old always cries at the doctor but the ataff was so nice and made her comfortable. Thanks for all you did for her.”

“Visited Spring Cypress location. Melody, Penelope and Mrs. Mary were all excellent. Very nice, caring and kind. They made my experience great. I could not get help at the Barker Cypress location because they had a much later appointment time and with no one in the waiting area wanted me to sign up for that later time (3 hours later). However, this location was very accommodating to me and other guests that came in. This group of ladies were fast and efficient. I will come to this location from now on.”

“Unbelievably long waits on 2 occasions even with appointments made in advance. Very small waiting room packed with sick people, some people having to wait outside because waiting room was so full. I received a bill for the first time 2 years after services, which is illegal in Texas. I called their biller and they confirmed I was never billed for 2 years. Then they sent the bill to collections. I called and left messages with their office many times without ever being called back. Please don't support this doctor, read recent reviews.”

“Annie and Brea are super !!!! They are so kind and compassionate with the patients. And Stephanie- the pathologist- is great. The receptionist was awesome. The desk clerk young man was very helpful. And setting up the follow up appointment at the checkout desk was a breeze. She knows how to take care of the patients. And Dr Mittal is the best. She doesn’t sugar coat anything. She’s very concerned about her patients well being.”

“So the only reason I know this place is because I brought my godmother in to take her COVID test. Walking in the office looks really nice, inviting and calm, especially with the fish tank.😊 Everybody seemed friendly, even the people waiting on the doctors. I talked to a lady who was waiting. She said the staff was okay. She had to go off once or twice, and the gentleman said that things could get a little rough with this staff also, but the doctors were good there.😉 The only reason I gave it a four was the cleanliness. I feel like if you're working in a doctor's office, the environment should be clean. You've got to think people are coming in and out that are sick coughing or whatever going on with them have appointments you just never know what you may catch sitting in a chair.🤯 I would say please clean the chairs. People have to sit in there each and every day, and somebody who's not feeling well shouldn't have to sit down and look at gunk in the chairs?😉 Cleanliness is next to Godliness, and you have a picture of Jesus in the office, so please serve him well.🙏”
