“The people working the front desk were very honest about the extreme wait time. But I was checked in at 1258 and I walked out the door at 544. The woman who did the pre screen was very professional and almost warned of the wait. Even people with appointments were having to wait 2 hours. I’ve never experienced this before at any Concentra location.”

“I will never go to this clinic again!! I went 2 times and both times felt like I just because my foot wasn’t broken it wants a concern. I was just pushed to the side. I explain how much pain I was in and again was told a swollen foot isn’t priority. Ended up at the ER instead and found out I had an infection in my foot which TCO didnt even consider or look into.”
