“Experience was good.Treating nurse and PA were great. The only complaint is that I made an appointment for 3:30PM. I got there and receptionist took my driver’s license and insurance card to process. The receptionist asked me to sit to process my credentials. Meanwhile 3 other people came in for service and I had to wait for the receptionist to process them. After serving the 3 people, the receptionist finished my paperwork. Therefore, I did not go back for service until 25 mins after my appointment. I also arrived a few mins before the appointment. I would suggest if someone has an appointment to finish their paperwork before starting to process others who come in after. Just a suggestion.”

I'm also very new to the area and I am wanting to find out if he has any room for two more patients if he does family practice as well as the urgent care because that's how much my husband and I liked him!!”
