The bike was returned to me each time with new problems (including once with the chain which was excessively slack), and even dirty (not degreased after changing the chain kit). Excessively long repair time (5 months for a repair considered by the expert to be "light"), and all without any empathy, without any excuse. Stayed 3 hours in the dealership waiting for the repair with a temperature close to 30°, and not once was I offered a refreshment... Ducati... It's over... And I'm the first to be disappointed because I really loved this Multistrada! But as the Workshop Manager would say, we are not going to elaborate, our requirements in terms of quality of service are far too different!”
