“Purchased a set of tires on November 11, 2023 for $260 before tax so $300 after tax (they were inside the building on a rack) and was told by the worker at the cash it was a final sale and to make sure they fit my vehicle cause there was no returns so I purchased them as they looked in very good condition but today (November 18, 2023) I went to my local dealership to have them installed and one of the tires is unusable! when the mechanic added air there is a bulge the size of a baseball on the side of the tire! so now I only have 3 tires out of the 4 that are useable/safe to use! VERY upset/angry about this because I assumed all the tires that were sold inside the store were checked and verified before they were added to the racks to be sold for the price of $65 per used tire…now I have to buy a new tire of the same make/model for $175 if I want to keep those tires I paid $300 for…I went to Kenny u Pull to save money on tires and in the end it ended up costing me the price I could’ve paid at Canadian tire for 4 brand new tires!!! 😡😡😡😡😡”

I have a Kia Sportage 2023 that constantly sends me notifications / warnings with a very annoying “ding” almost every 30 seconds while driving; telling me that the road ahead is uneven, or it’s slippery. I have reported my problem to KIA Lallier, brought my car in and wasted 2 hours of work time for them to tell me that there’s nothing they can do. I HAVE A BRAND NEW LEASED CAR !!!!! Less than a year & there’s nothing they can do? I called Kia Canada & yet they told me to communicate with my dealership which is Kia Lallier. I have been told multiple times that I would get a call back from them! THEY NEVER CALL BACK THEIR CUSTOMERS! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!”

And beyond that, their manager and sales people are THE WORST, they don’t know how to even treat people. I went there also to see if they could buy back my car, since they were the ones who sold it to me and knew the conditions, but after not only rejecting me at first because the manager said “they only trade in if you buy a car from them”, then the sales person put pressure on me because I didn’t make a decision the day after of their offer. I have the right to shop around to see a better option and not to loose all my money. Would never recommend this place! And I don’t expect a respectful answer from you because you have no class.”

They did not want to cover the oil change cost in my area ($165) Witch i find ridiculous. They ended up mailing me a $50.00 check to cover some of the cost but i had to call and fight for it! Something as simple as a oil change should be automatically done when buying a $45,000 car. What do you guys think? . i guess $110 is more important to a big Toyota dealer then a satisfied client! Its not so much about the money part, Its the fact that we had to waste 3 hours of our time to go to Toyota for a oil change when we just spent $45,000 on a Rav4. Other then that, it was good witch is why i gave 2 stars.”

“Called to ask about a recently added vehicle to their inventory as a serious buyer. Emailed a few times without response over a week, so I figured I'd call. Was transferred 3 times due to the fact nobody spoke english in sales or reception (were shockingly very rude about it). I asked a few basic questions like the condition, inquired about the 2 accidents on the model. Sales rep was clearly annoyed and uninterested in answering my questions. Ask about warranties and he was basically like "do you want the car or not" after being on the phone less than 3 minutes with me. I directly asked if I was doing something to irritate him and he hung up after mumbling something under his breath. Clearly this is a toxic and unpleasant dealership to buy from. I'd avoid them at all costs, if that's how they treat potential new customers. No idea who's buying vehicles from people who treat their customers like that in an area diluted with dozens of competing dealers! Go elsewhere!”
