“I called several times and requested a quote for a used 1200GS with the by light financing system. They told me to write to them via WhatsApp because they were busy. After that I wrote messages two days in a row to Mr. Giancarlo Ferraro and never received a single response. Maybe he wasn't very interested in selling me the bike. In any case I hope that this review serves to improve your customer care. Review update 10/24/2023: I gave three stars in exchange for one because after almost a month I received a message from the dealer justifying that they hadn't contacted me because the bike had already been sold. One thing they could have told me from the beginning through a simple message. They were kind to tell me that I could choose another bike with a discount. Unfortunately I had already purchased my motorbike and I preferred it that way because honestly I didn't feel confident. I wish you the best for your dealership and you must understand that trust between customer and seller is a very fine line. Good day.”
