“Running a successful auto shop, I try to find cost effective options for our clients and places like this are the reason I cannot recommend used part companies. Scam artists and liars- no website, no email. I get it, its a used part, its always a risk, and they are not legally obligated to refund or even replace. That is the truth. The issue here is that they guaranteed us they ran this transmission to ensure it was operable….. ill let the pictures speak for themselves. When we received the transmission we removed the pan to inspect, found metal debris and have been trying for three weeks to get a replacement transmission, and asked to get pictures first to ensure it was a quality transmission. Left with no choice, we disassembled the transmission to find this mess.”

“My fiancé and I just bought a corvette from the showroom. Aaron was wonderful that’s why there’s 2 stars instead of one. They said they couldn’t get it washed and had us bring it back in to be detailed, paint touched up, and a fender clip fixed. They had it for a week. The lighting isn’t great but the entire car has the dirt marks like the second picture. We had just hand washed it inside and out. We came in to pick it up and it’s in their parking lot absolutely filthy!!!! The inside was dirty too! The detailers were too busy! All week when we were told to bring it in!!!??? No appointment was made? Fender wasn’t fixed. And I could have gotten a paint pen from auto zone given it to my 2 year old niece and it would have been a better job. My fiancé gets one day off a week. Now we have to bring it back for another week and hope they do the job this time?!!! We are beyond pissed! Buy your cars somewhere that actually cares about customer service.”
