“Very helpful respectful young man named Adrian helped me in my purchasing of the vehicle a 2021 Honda passport the car itself is good, but it was sold almost the same way it was traded in. The exterior of the vehicle was fine but the interior was not. It was very dirty the gauge cluster was stained and cloudy from being sprayed with armor all and one of the tire valve caps was missing. No follow up after the sale and after mentioning the issues that I had been handed down with the vehicle no one bothered to call and check up after I raised my concerns. Felt as though I was a second rate customer who didn't deserve to be treated the same as the customers who purchase new vehicles especially the brands they sell. Until the issues are resolved I will share my experience with family and co workers, friends and caution them about my experience if they are looking for a good CLEAN pre-owned car. After no luck on my third visit at the dealership I just rather hire a professional and pay the $100 to have it done correctly and not bother with his dealership again.”

“I went to Cycle Center of Denton on Saturday and looked at particular BMW cycle. Mason and RJ were the folks I talked to and both were very helpful. I went back on Tuesday and test drove the cycle I was interested in, got lost in Denton (not familiar with Denton), ended up test driving 30 odd miles / 1 hour. When I got back to the dealership, Mason only asked me if I enjoyed the bike - not why I was gone a long time or why I drove a long distance (than how long some other dealerships were willing to test drive the cycle - typically 10 minutes). I absolutely loved the bike and the experience; and, they gave me very good deal on my trade-in and offered the new cycle to me at the exact price point I asked for. Done deal - rode the bike that same night 😀 I went back again today for some clarifications. The Service guys helped me out with very clear answers. I strongly believe this is a very good place to buy a cycle from. I have had other bikes in the past and this has been one of the best buying experiences I have had (the other one was at Al Lamb's Honda in Dallas; Maverick Harley had a good guy in Finance who has since left and I couldn't work with the new guy - was condescending and likely made some assumptions which made me not buy another Harley, especially from him, bought a Honda instead). Go see my guy Mason for sales; Brenden, Jam1 in Parts; Josh and the Service Team; Alicia in Finance. This outfit is willing to work with you. They are often short staffed, so take some deep breaths and relax, if you don't get service right away. Soon, you will be served, treated fairly and courteously. The customer service shown here has been great. Update: My car was picked up 6/20/23 someone reached out to me and informed me my car would be a priority. Today is 6/22/23 hopefully I hear an update in regards to my car. As iv stated customer service has not been an issue my rating is strictly bad on my car performance. Customer service was superb. This rating is for the Fact that I purchased my vehicle 6/16/23 today is 6/19/23 my car shut off completely three time I now have it parked. I’m not a heavy driver so it wasn’t until today when I actually used my car to get back and forth to work that everything went downhill. On my way my car shut completely down at the red light, twice and on my way home not only did the oil light come on but so the the check engine light it is slow to pick up speed drops speed as I am driving! Was told that they could service my car but it will not be until 6/29 the worst!!!!!!”

My wife had been talking to the credit unions we deal with and Jose Arevalo at KIA from 9 AM to 7 PM. Even though both my wife and I have a credit rating of over 700, we could only get an APR of 7.4%. But the KIA Finance Department was able to give us a 5% APR. The people running the Baytown Community KIA are very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and the most importantly, very patient. I have no problem sending business to these people. They took care of us very well. When our business was all done, it was actually past closing. They offered to have our vehicle cleaned inside and out, then deliver to our home address the following day by noon. As far as I was concerned this was the icing on the cake.”

“This is my first time leaving feedback for a car dealer. I drove 200 miles to Austin e Autos for a car I am interested in. The car price is acceptable, but I wondered how much the dealership would appraise my trade-in. Before stepping into the dealership, I already researched and had an idea of how much my trade-in is worth. However, I expected the dealership to start low. We would negotiate the final payment after a few rounds of checking with the manager. To my surprise, the first offer is what I had in mind for my trade-in. I spent about 20 minutes test driving and examining the new car, 5 minutes setting the final payment, and 5 minutes completing the documentation.
