“We took my Kia in for routine oil change maintenance twice. The first time, they left several bolts that secure the bottom plastic cover below the oil pan off. The second time we took the Kia in for a oil change, they did not connect the air filter cover on correctly, and we noticed the engine sounding considerably louder due to the excess air getting to the engine. Luckily we were able to identify the issue (they left the tabs "unlocked" and then just tried to smash the cover on top despite a noticeable gap).”

“Mathison has been great for our family! Very helpful and friendly. We told Matt what we were looking for and what we wanted and he exceeded our expectations with this truck. The process was easy and the down payment and monthly payments are affordable. The warranty they offer is great all you have to do is keep up with your FREE oil changes and basic maintenance. Not sure how anyone can have issues unless you're not following the contract you signed or don't communicate with them. They are used vehicles so of course you're going to have to do a repair eventually... however test drive it, pop the hood and inspect the car yourself or bring someone with you who knows vehicles. Will get my business again after this truck is paid off if we are looking for another again. Oh and yes the vehicles are a bit overpriced but with your situation with your credit, income or whatever the issue is, I think it's a pretty fair price if no one else will finance for you except Mathison. 🙂 Oh and the dogs running around are always fun to pet too coming in lol”
