Big shout out to Hank for his presentationand and lack of sales pressure. Straight shooter and very up front about what I was paying for and what I was getting. Great experience all around. Every staff member I talked with had a great demeanor and went out of their ways to make this a great experience. My wife, who really hates salesman, enjoyed our experience and was very happy when we loaded up. Went up north the next say and put 50+ miles on the machine. Absolutely great experience and big thank you again for a great staff and great buying experience.”

“I had a fabulous experience at Exeter Subaru. I worked with Chris B. who not only made the process simple she was warm, welcoming and very informed. In all of the ways you would hope a car buying experience would go is exactly the experience I had. Feeling like I received a fair deal for the car I purchased, no pressure financing and patient information transfer on the vehicle and options purchased. After welcoming myself, a friend and the dog we are fostering with treats and refreshments Chris facilitated the sale in a complete manner with her team in an efficient and brief period of time delivering everything that was expected. Chris took time and care with me to make sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle features and even helped a few days later with picking up some accessories and an option that I decided to have added. As car buying experiences go, I would give Chris B. and her entire sales team an 11 out of ten if more than 5 stars was an option. Absolutely Fantastic and highly recommended!”

“Saw a used truck with plow listed online through Tim's. I used the online form to contact the dealer to schedule a test drive for the following weekend. Wife and I drove a couple hours to test drive the truck and included plow. We arrived at the agreed time. First problem was that the representative I had spoken to and thought I would be meeting with wasn't there. The seemingly only guy at the location had no idea about the appointment. The second problem was that the plow was uninstalled and in the bed of the truck. So how could we have tested it? The last and most important problem was after we got there, the guy who was available told us the frame needed, "major work." That was 100% not included in the listing or mentioned at all before we made the trip. All he could offer was to show us other trucks and maybe have a plow attached for an additional fee. I don't want to accuse anyone of "bait and switch," but it definitely smelled like it. On the way home, I texted the original contact person to express our disappointment. He offered no apology. He did say, however, that they have many other trucks we could look at. No thanks. Instead, we bought a different truck from another retailer.”
