“Bought 3 trucks here. Ripped me off on a lift kit on one of them (they decided a leveling kit was good enough). I was stupid enough (desperate enough), that i needed a different vehicle for work and hated the one they burned me on. So i traded it for my current vehicle, only to have them screw me around on repairs until my warranty was done. I now have a 10k bill for a transmission that they claimed could find nothing wrong with for the last YEAR of bringing it in to have fixed before it became a major problem and was off warranty. To top it off, they now can't get parts till...they don't even know when. So now I'm without a vehicle to get to work and my truck is in pieces with no known date to be fixed. The service department here is THE WORST I've EVER dealt with in my life.... steer clear of this place. Service is the biggest thing you count on when buying a new vehicle. If i could give zero stars i would.”

“Earlier this spring I purchased a bank repossessed 2020 Corvette from Graham Auctions. I bought it sight unseen and had it shipped to Ontario. The true measure of a company is not a seamless transaction in most cases but how they deal with any issues that may come up. Buyers also need to realize how actions work, what their obligations are under the auction terms, and keep this in mind when bidding. Auction companies will have little to no background information about on repossessed items. Due to the way vehicles are titled in Ontario versus Alberta I ran into some issues. Not only were they handled, but they were handled quickly, efficiently, and with care. These days we are relegated to leaving voicemails and sending emails, often chasing people, all to receive little to no reply. Replies also tend to be very slow to happen. Well, let me say this, Mike gave me his personal cell number and was great with getting things done. Both during and outside of business hours. He went above and beyond in trying to procure items and past service history. Mina in the office was quick to be available, and to assist me as well. Brian was also excellent to deal with and readily available. A quality staff is hard to find and speaks volumes about the owner, and manager Mike. Mike, thank you and your staff for all your help, with my purchase. If I'm out your way we'll go for that dinner and drinks.”

Would make a suggestion to them to fully check vehicles, front to back and top to bottom, before selling to customers. Within hours of driving it off the lot we noticed issues. Ultimately had to return about 4 times for repairs (that they took care of). First day of below freezing weather, battery died. Made a call to John to see if their mechanic had an Audi battery in stock and never heard back. Took our vehicle elsewhere for repairs at that point. I would buy from them again - only this time I would request a full mechanical inspection first.”
