“I walked in today with the intention of buying a car. I sat down with one of the managers to check the prices. The manager treated me very poorly. I even asked him if he can print out the prices on a piece of paper and he said no I was trying to negotiate the price with him, and he kept saying he doesn’t care what other dealerships are selling the car, for this is one of the worst experience I’ve ever encountered in a dealership I bought more than six cars this past year, and never had some thing as poor as this Customer Service, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I would highly suggest that you go somewhere else and save your time.”

“I would give this place a 1 star review, however, I did have a pleasant interaction here with a woman about 2 years prior - she helped me find and fit my helmet. The reason for this review is because I went in to pickup a seat bolt/nut kit. Should've been quick/easy, right? Nope. I waited at the parts counter for at least 10 minutes and was completely ignored, so I eventually went to the service department and waited there for help. When it was eventually my turn, the guy at the counter said he couldn't help me, that I had to go back to the parts counter. I explained what happened, so he called someone over there. One of the men that had just stared at me before finally got out of his chair to help me. I told him what I needed and he sold me the wrong part, lol. Luckily it was only $3 so I didn't bother trying to return it. This is the closest location to me, but I will just make the extra drive to St. Louis even though I hate the traffic there since I felt very unwelcome here. The guys at Gateway were very friendly and helpful.”

“I took a trip to North Carolina back in January. On my way back, I started feeling the transmission slip. About a year back, I had lifted the truck up and asked that company for a recommendation. They suggested Atomic Transmissions. I called them up on my way back and they took the truck in immediately. At first they only had to change the solenoid. After about a month, it started to slip again and it even felt worse. I called them back and again they took the truck in. They had to fully rebuild the trans and even gave me credit from the last job. Now, the truck runs better than ever before. They had very good customer service and got the job done in a timely manner.”

“UPDATE: Within a few days of my posting the below review. I was contacted by JP from Superior. He apologized for the issues that I have had with my Vehicle. He also sent me a check for $1,000 To help defray some of my out of pocket repair costs. I very much appreciate his outreach. It makes me feel better about purchasing my vehicle here. He certainly had no obligation to do so. It was a nice gesture and showed me that they are willing to stand behind the vehicles they sell. Thank you JP. I purchased a 2014 GMC Terrain SLT from this dealership approximately a year ago. But I have only put a little over one thousand miles on it since then. My short test drive went okay. Purchase process was okay. But shortly after purchase, things started going downhill quickly! In the first couple of days the check engine light appeared. Okay, most used vehicles need some things fixed from time to time. I fully get that! But the ASE certified mechanic I used found that several codes had been very recently cleared, so the CEL would not show. I had to replace the high pressure fuel pump. Next I had to replace both catalytic converters and both oxygen sensors. Next was a tie rod replacement. Over $2000 out of my pocket! And that was with me buying the parts myself @ a discount! They had installed new brakes prior to my purchase, but one of the caliper bolts came loose within the first week. (dangerous) So I wouldn’t recommend their mechanic either or whoever they used for the brake job at that time. Over the past several months the transmission is acting up and now needs replaced. Another several thousand $ repair. Remember, I have only driven this vehicle a bit over a thousand miles since purchase. So have the vehicle you might be considering checked out by a reputable mechanic. It might just save you many $$ and headaches down the line! As a side note, it is my belief that many of their latest reviews, especially in the past few days and weeks are from fake accounts. I can’t prove it. But they are a bit fishy! Take a close look for yourself. All are “glowing” 5 star reviews, yet have no specifics and when you look @ the reviewer profile, none show any Public reviews, pics, etc. That’s been my experience with the vehicle I purchased here.”

“What a poor excuse of customer service I have ever seen. I ordered a set of fuel rails for my 2019 Corvette on July 17th 2023 and I still haven't got them. One excuse after another with no attempt to help out their customer. After the 4 to 6 weeks from the original order, it was 4 more weeks, and again 4 more weeks then they said they were in paint and would be two weeks to dry. I waited two weeks called back and they told me 6 more weeks......what a joke this company is. Never will I order anything else from them.”
