“Our vegan tapas dinner was fantastic! You can sense the chef's passion for crafting delightful dishes with balanced flavors and textures. Their menu has 50% vegan dishes and is entirely gluten-free. During our dinner for two, we were delighted and satisfied with four tapas and one dessert. 1. Mango Salmorejo: The best cold soup I've ever tasted! 2. Patatas Bravas: A healthier take on a classic favorite. 3. Red Cabbage with Calabizo: It melted in our mouths, with a smoky grilled flavor beautifully complemented by a touch of crunchy sweetness. 4. Veggie Meatballs: A hearty and satisfying stew. 5. Chocolate Mousse Passion Fruit Tart: An absolute must-try dessert! I wholeheartedly recommend Taperia Alium to anyone wanting to experience delicious vegan meals.”

“We stopped in for a quick lunch and enjoyed the menu del dia. We had Thai style soup with mushrooms and coconut milk, followed by rice noodles with pork in satay sauce (peanut and coconut). Dessert was tarta de abuela or roasted fig in a white chocolate creme anglaise. Beer and a sangria accompanied the meal, all for a reasonable €12.50. I love what the chef is doing with an Asian spin on Galician ingredients. We thought the noodles would have been perfect with the addition of some lime juice or another acid to brighten the flavors. Friendly, efficient service. We’ll go back!”

“The restaurant is very nice and has a cozy, warm atmosphere. They had a few vegan burgers and dishes. Prices were affordable (11-12eur for a burger with fries). Unfortunately, the place was fully booked on Friday night, but the staff was kind enough to prepare takeaway. Definitely recommend reserving a table in advance.”

“Really delicious vegan food. The Mexican and Japanese burgers were amazing. Burgers were 11€, but come with no fries. You'll Need to book your tables in advance if planning to be there at 9pm (all tables were reserved from that time on a Saturday night). All menu items are/can be made Vegan. Service was Very kind, with little to no English. Lots of craft beer as well. No ciders, something to consider in the future ;)”

“I must say, first time we ate there I wasn't overwhelmed, maybe because I have difficulty with the concept of eating food with my hands. The food however was very good. Crafted in a small kitchen, the chef produces small flavour bombs that make you wonder if meat was ever needed. The second time around, we stumbled in on a Saturday for lunch and the only place was at the bar near the window. After some hesitation I said yes and there we were, last day and one more great vegetarian meal. The ravioli was very tasteful, same as the empanada. The Thai salad was good, but the real cherry on the pie was the eggplant with tomato and cheese. 100% recommendation for this small restaurant with friendly staff.”

“The instant service in this restaurant is immaculate, as we were seated right away. The amount of drinks they had on offer were honestly hard to choose from, so was the food, yet they were both delicious either way! I love the way that the waiters welcome and keep you company throughout the whole process and also give you recommendations of places to go in the area!! Overall, I’d 100% recommend this to my friends and family, a simply great place to be 😁”

“Excellent vegetarian and vegan dining including tasting menus. We appreciated that it was possible for one on the table to have veg tasting menu while the the other can have regular menu. Really interesting selection of wines available including many local ones. Many available by the glass. Sommelier recommend various pairings for us. Staff were really friendly and explained every dish.”

“Very unpleasant experience. That’s exactly what happens when you are waiting for something great, but you are crashing with the reality. Just imagine every single piece of tableware was cracked. It was even funny, to check whether the next plate will be fine. Unfortunately none of them were ok. I do understand that they might be old and have some visible usage traces, but not actual cracks. Food was ok, not great, but ok. You can find much better places nearby.”

“Nice atmosphere and the barbecue smell is about everywhere 😅. I had the 300gr ribs and they were exquisite! As a starter the melted cheese with tomato. Tip: the kimchi mayonnaise is really good! BBQ tomato drink was okay, but not as great as the food.”
