“Amazing vegan food! My husband and I came here for New Year’s Eve weekend. We enjoyed a delicious lunch platter. The food tasted fresh and was colorful. I used to live in Crown Heights off Franklin Ave and it was SO fun to come back to the area to see Ras there. I’ve been vegan for a long time and it’s wonderful to have more vegan options in Brooklyn. The decor of the restaurant was awesome and color. I also loved all of the hanging plants! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. 10/10 recommend! 🔥💖”

“My husband and I came here to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. You have to sit in the library if available. It’s a showing of the chefs books and it’s more quiet than downstairs. The food on the other hand, was phenomenal. To start, we had the beet salad, which was a special. Beets are frequently paired with sweet, but this salad was complimented well with savory and it was so good. For our main course we had the chicken special and steak. The best we have ever had!!! I would recommend this place, not only is the food amazing but the service is top notch. Janaé was so kind and had the best recommendations. Lastly, the drinks are unique and delicious. We will come back when we visit the island next.”

“Stopped here on our way back to Green Bay and we were not disappointed. Excellent food, nice restaurant, good portions. I had chicken makhani, which was delicious. My friend enjoyed his chicken masala a lot as well. Girlfriend liked the lamb vindaloo but said she'd probably try something else next time. I tried a little and thought it was very tasty. The best part was absolutely the naan though. Both the plain and the garlic naan were amazing, definitely the best I've ever had by far! My friend also got the almond milk shake (forgot the name) and we all tried it but none of us cared for it. It is like sweet milk with pureed almonds in it. We didn't expect it to be like a typical milkshake, but still didn't really like it. That's the only thing I wouldn't recommend, everything else was great. Definitely will go back if we're in the area again. Don't skip the naan!”

All tolerable if the food was good, but it really wasn’t. It’s at the level of your inventive 20-something college roommate. The first dish is pretty good (but not great). But then comes course after course of identical tasting food. Service was spotty (though the host was on top of it. Well done). Brightest points were the cocktails. But even then, not worth your time.”

“Cool spot. You seat yourself and order at the bar. There a tons of pizza and grilled cheese options. We ordered the Last Chance Pizza, a Pepperoni/Cheese Pizza, and a small Thai Pizza to try. The Thai pizza was an interesting experience. Service was a bit slow - and bathroom situation is awful - but they have some good pizza. I would recommend if you’re in the area.”

But being that they have an open kitchen and you can see how they’re preparing food and they care that the staff takes to make sure they’re changing gloves and wiping down surfaces it definitely made me feel comfortable eating here Needing to be gluten-free due to celiac. I would highly recommend this place as you can actually eat the fries! I have eaten here multiple times now and have never gotten sick. Definitely a place I will continue to return to.”

Like the old brick style interior and there is plenty of seating available. However parking could be an issue if the Parlor is packed. There is a surface lot behind the Parlor but I imagine it's full during peak times. This lot serves several other places like coffee shops. Good place to visit if you like the food hall atmosphere.”

I'd recommend going early to get to choose from everything, but the owners were so friendly and accommodating on fixing me up with whatever they could. Everything was so flavorful. The fresh juices/smoothies are great too! You could tell it was made with TLC. It's not a dine in place really but they have a few cute tables in the front. Can't wait to be back after my next hike at Arabia mountain nearby.”
