“Nice soup, good salad, very nice chips, tasty 'Christmas in a mug', very delicious, small slice of cherry something cheesecake. Others seem to really enjoy their burgers, another had haggis meal which looked to me like a child's portion, but may have made up in taste. Lots of green, which I like, otherwise would suggest three stars for food. Not too crowded this time and service error apologised for.”

“Love the decor, airy building and front of house facing kitchen. The menu is simple but hits all the right notes. We had a 4 generation party and all were happy with their food and service. Kudos to the chef who when looking over at our table noticed the sausage had been of my pizza . They quickly made another Calabrese pizza, very good well fired pizza. They make their own dough fermented over 24 hours and thier pizza oven is a good one running hot, great results! Loved the mussels in cider also All good”

“The pork ribs were too good! I found it to be a bit sweet but it's extremely flavourful and the meat was perfect. It also comes with a bowl of rice - a great combo! Pictures of what I had ordered and how I managed to eat the entire bowl! Would definitely recommend pork ribs. Also, thank you to the girl who waited on us and thoroughly explained the items on the menu ❤️ Personally, quantity-wise.. the entire dish was good enough for me. Didn't need to order starters. Came back again for the Pork (25 Aug '23)..and was not disappointed! 🥰🥰❤️❤️”

“Great food, I like the calamari and the fish cake was great, too! I had the pasta and it was delicious! Unfortunately, I didn’t like the chicken on it because I thought it’s a little bit burned and I don’t like chicken breast anyways 🤣 Sole fish is outstanding!👌 Definitely a must try as well when in Inverness. “Very delicious food, lots of options of spicy and non spicy dishes. Besides seafood and meat there are also plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. Very friendly and caring staff. The space is cozy and compact. Better to book in advance, especially for large groups during busy times, but if only a few hungry people there should be space available anytime ☺️ Visited a few times and would visit again! 😋”

Fabulous attentive service in the private shared dinning room. Only downside side for me was allowing the other party to have a dog in this dinning room.Pah.”

“On 2nd July, my wife and I visited there for our lunch. We wanted to have Steak for Two menu with drink. It was so good! The all staffs were also very good! Looking forward to visiting again soon! “Our first time here and this is one of the best meals I have had for a while. Delicious, fresh, seasonal and well executed. There was lots on the menu we wanted to try. We will have to come back to try some more dishes. Favourites for me were the artichoke and the cacio e pepe. The red cabbage also. Oh and all of the rest 😅 It was a little pricy but I think it was worth it.”

“Food : 10/10 Service 15/10 Atmosphere: 10/10 The food is incredible , you will come to try it from all around a true gem in Elgin. However, the service is what will make you come back time and time again. Nothing overbearing or fake, just good people being personable and running a great restaurant. Our experience; We ordered the seafood platters and half lobster thermidor which is a new addition. (Best seafood we've had, so good my partner who has an unjustly hatred of smoked salmon tried some and she loved it) Sourced that day locally obviously dependent on the catch of the day, the chef came out and apologised that they didn't have crab claws so asked if he could substitute for an extra langoustine, furthermore said he felt the lobster he had left was a bit small for his standards to do half, so would serve whole at no extra cost. Secondly: The waitress who took our order and many other tables on that busy night, stopped to give extra service to a child. They wanted to see the deserts that are stored above the counter and out of easy sight for a child. Asking the child first, she lifted them up to pick from a vast selection. The child politely asked for a strawberry with it, not sure if it was supposed to be part of the desert or not, but regardless she said of course and cut up a fresh strawberry for I'm sure her happiest customer of the night.”

“Quiet for a Saturday lunchtime, but a steady stream of customers arrived while we were there. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Food was good, I had a posh finger and finger sandwich while my partner had a rather tasty loaded fries with haggis. Nice enough place to wile away an hour, but a little soulless. Aquarium videos on the TV were a nice talking point.”

“Every time I eat here I love it. The quality of the food is so good and the menu makes it really easy to make healthy choices that taste delicious. The presentation and speed of the food is great for a quick meet up or for those who want their food to go. I would recommend the peanut butter smoothie for sure as well as any of the awesome salads. They also have an outstanding selection of vegan foods too.”
