“The vegan pizza creations at Spaccanapoli are special, delicious and changing with the seasons. I especially love the pizza dough…soooo good! They have a creamy vegetable base, topped with nuts, crispy veggies or herbs and onions. They color coded their menu, so it’s easy to find the vegan dishes. If you don’t like little burn spots on your pizza, it’s not your place! You can smell, taste and see the stone oven on your pizza. I love it, but maybe it’s not for you.”

One disadvantage is they do not accept cards below 20 EUR bill, I guess a lot of tips😀 The staff is slow and even if they see you willing to pay, they may ignore you! They do not speak English 😳”

Super friendly, the food is always fresh & delicious, menu is changing so always appropriate for the season and exciting. It’s located right next to helmholzplatz so great for kids (playground) Adults who likes to sit on a park bench, and shopping lovers that can enjoy the many small shops in the area.”

“I was amazed that i was abled to get a table, since i reserved very short notice. Arriving at the restaurant i received a warm welcome from my extremly friendly waiter. As entrèe i was going with the gardeners tartar, which was precisely my kind of taste. Nothing overly extravagant, but with a little twist. In this case a little crunch delivered by mashed nuts. For the main course i had "Spinatknödel" and what can i say? I am a simple man, give me spinach and a good bergkäse and i will be happy. Overall a very nice experience and i would not mind to revisit the Gärtnerei. My solely complaint would be, that the furniture was clearly style > functionality. My table was rather loose and uneven, which is very impractible during a diner ;).”

“They have several vegan bowls options. We tried the Buddha Bowl and the FeelGood Bowl with Gurke-Tahini sauce and Thai-Curry sauce, respectively. All the flavors mixed so well together! The staff was very kind as well - I chose not to put Koriander and they let me choose a different topping instead (first time when this happens to me). Big 🆙”

“Millennial wet dream of an interior. Interesting food with some decent vegan options. Well worth a visit. Also decent prices for how fancy the place feels. Went for a date night with my girlfriend - 2 x cocktails and food was €65 with tip. Standout of the night was the "Aprikose" cocktail. Hands down one of the best cocktails I've ever had.”
