“Enigma is truly a memorable dining experience. During the course of your meal, you will experience a wide range of flavors and preparation techniques. I enjoyed nearly every dish, the only one that I didn't quite like was the shrimp course. Several of the course are prepped or finished right at your table, bringing the experience to life. One of my favorite aspects of the meal were the different textures you experience, even with ingredients you might be familiar with. The chefs truly lean into their creativity. We opted to accompany our meal with a wine pairing, which I completely recommend for anyone on the fence! The price is reasonable, and you get a fun tour of Spain wine regions along the wine. The one thing that fell short for us was the service. Service started out great, being welcomed in by the entire kitchen while being guided to our table. The servers and chefs were very attentive and friendly when talking to us about our dishes. However, about halfway through the meal, we were kind of forgotten about in favor of some larger tables.”

“Excellent vegetarian and vegan dining including tasting menus. We appreciated that it was possible for one on the table to have veg tasting menu while the the other can have regular menu. Really interesting selection of wines available including many local ones. Many available by the glass. Sommelier recommend various pairings for us. Staff were really friendly and explained every dish.”

“Bistro Mató is more than a bistro. We enjoyed great seafood as well as vegetarian dishes. I strongly recommend the grilled endives or the omelette completed by a Crema Catalan as dessert. The place is located nicely at a plaza with trees. We will have dinner here again furing our next visit in Barcelona.”
