“Loved the cats and that’s the main reason to visit. Lovely and cute cats that don’t scratch and don’t ask for food, sleep a lot (like a cat should) and some running away from you. Most will let them pet them as much as you like. The food is ok, expensive for for the quality. If you like cats you must visit! No questions”

“More by chance we came across the restaurant. We relied on the chef's recommendation for food and wine and were not disappointed: the food was excellent and the wine was a perfect match. In addition, the staff was extremely courteous. We will be back there the next time we are in Varese. Since the restaurant is well attended, it is essential to make reservations in advance.”

“The absolute best Napolitan pizza I’ve had so far. Service is great, seated us without reservation without issues. The prices are pretty ok considering the location of the restaurant. The most expensive pizza is €15 (= the one in the picture). Menu isn’t too big, neither too small. Didn’t like the desert menu, but that is a matter of taste. Great view outside, looking at the Garda lake. Definitely recommend this place! Service 5/5, prices 5/5, food 6/5.”

“For an adventure, I picked out this restaurant in the Italian countryside for lunch along a drive from the coast to MPX airport. For tourists/travelers, it can be challenging to reach because the road becomes small and winding. In fact, I wondered if we were lost because the road got very narrow and the area became remote. You know you arrived when you reach two gates that automatically open as you approach. They are there to keep the livestock from leaving the farm. The restaurant doesn't open until about 12:40 pm. The staff was inviting and helpful even though their English was limited. They do take credit cards. The menu was limited and fantastic. We had the gnocchi and ravioli, both of which were delicious. Their desserts were excellent also. The area is beautiful. The wine they suggested to me was amazing .The locals are fortunate to have such a great restaurant.”

“Amazing restaurant right in the heart of Franciacorta. Almost everything you'll have che chance to taste here comes from their farms, animals, greenhouses, and so on. The look and the cooking are modern, yet the place manages to stay authentic. The staff is very welcoming and the service impeccable. The menu changes slightly every week (or every other week), and some of the entries are quite unique (for the area anyway). For instance, this was my very first time trying the pigeon - and I was not disappointed. The selection of natural wines is impressive, and the one they recommended was nothing short of amazing.”

“A place where the waiter push you to finish and go because there will be dinner time (I went for drinks only and apperitive) and tells you that you cannot speak that loud because others may be in discomfort (we were not, just some ocassional laughs) is not a place to repeat, at least with friends. The food is not that bad and I most add that at least the waiters are on point, but the attitude and vibe...mmm maybe better for making business only and bringing some serious conversations”

“MAGNIFICO! This is the first word that comes to my mind after a meal at Grotte di Realdino. The food was well prepared and cooked by a professional Chef and in all my frequent travelling rarely comparable. The presentation was also exceptional and beatyful. But this is not the only thing that made this dinner special, the atmosphere was also a big part of the experience. The family feel to this place is something that will also make you think that you have Italian parents and your just having a family Sunday dinner. Sebastiano is well travel and bring the Italian quality to his meal as well as a modern touch. Highly recommend if you are in the area or even if your in Milan the trip is a must. Make sure you also get to visit the Grotte is you can as they are beautiful and accessible. BRAVO”

“No words will make justice to the Spaguetti con Pomodoro fresco which is OUT OF THIS PLANET, along with the house wine. The service was great and friendly - we got complimentary bruschetta upon arrival and dessert drinks with cookies at the end of our meal. Definitely can’t wait to go back when in Milano.”

“Booked for one night as a stop before a long travel. The room was nice and clean and there is a pool and restaurant (this was close due to a national holiday). Service was disappointing. The staff is all very kind but seem to be a little forgetful. Even if you are a guest and rent a room you have to pay for using the pool… we were not informed and the response to us pointing it out was a simple “sorry those are the rules” response. We were also kindly promised some restaurant recommendations since the restaurant on the property was closed. Only after asking multiple times for this ourselves (hours passed) we got three restaurants, all of which turned out to be closed… Good concept, poor execution is our final feeling. Hope they improve their service as the property and the rooms are quite nice.”
