“I think we just found our favourite Ethiopian restaurant in the Washington/Maryland/Virginia area. Prices were great, the chef was constantly checking with us and community regulars on how the food was. It was interesting to read up on the chef and the restaurant's history. The best part is the food. We were stuffed at the end but it was hard to stop since everything was so delicious. Definitely a restaurant to take visitors to the area to.”

“My husband arranged this special dinner as a mini-celebration after our recent wedding, and it exceeded our expectations. We were fortunate to sit at the chef's counter , which gave us a front-row view of the kitchen in action. Watching the chefs at work added a unique and engaging element to our dining experience. The tasting menu offered a well-rounded selection of flavors, and if you appreciate wine then the pairing is highly recommended! Though it's hard to choose, the duck dish was the standout for me--perfectly cooked and delicious. Service was not only fast but also highly attentive. We had a great conversation with our server, who was personable and knowledgeable, adding a warm touch to our special dinner. We left with plans to definitely come back for another time.”

“First time trying Indian food, and everything from the welcoming to the departure was amazing. The prices are a little higher, so be mindful of that. But it was an amazing experience. If you are looking for a place to eat especially if you have family or friends that like to share meals this restaurant do be a go to. Portions are nice, I had about 3 servings with the meal I ordered. Same with my friends that came.”

“I’m a long time roots natural kitchen fan from Blacksburg VA, but this location is just awful. The 3 times I’ve ordered from here my bowls have been so poorly mixed. I order 2 el jefe bowls and they looks like different meals entirely (see below). What a shame.”

“Would not recommend eating here! We got two chicken wraps and a vegetarian wrap. The chicken was tough and dry, tasted like it was cooked already and reheated in a microwave. The bacon was old and very hard. Potatoes tasted off as well. All the wraps were bland and tasted stale. Didn’t eat much before throwing the food out and leaving. Looks like a decent bar, but the food was not good.”

“I went there because I saw my niece with food from there, and it looked, and smelled very good. She and my sister said Top's China has the best Chinese food, and chicken wings! I don't eat Chinese food often, but, I decided whenever I do choose to eat some, I'll definitely get it there! The place was clean, staff were nice, friendly, and polite, and the food was good!”
