“Was disappointed in my service today. online order placed 1138, estimated pick up at 1158. Got there at 1155 to pick up food, and didn't get food until 1222. When sandwiches were finally ready, staff did not drop any fries ahead of time, so additional wait time for fries. Then, staff were filling other orders and forgot to get my fries so I waited longer. Hot subs were not hot. Cheese had already cooled off completely on the subs. Very disappointed. Paid 30 bucks for 2 full subs and a cheese fry with a tip for the staff.”

“The experience here was certainly less than perfect, however we left fairly satisfied. The service wasn't the best and it was very difficult to get the attention of the servers. We ordered the all you can eat and the items we requested were forgotten several times and some were even brought to our table after we were done eating; which wasn't very helpful. For anyone dining here for the first time, be sure to ask questions regarding the broths before you order. I initially ordered the chicken and coconut broth...assuming that it would be a chicken base with maybe coconut milk. Unfortunately it was not...it was pieces of raw chicken in water with chunks of shaved coconut. Not expecting this made it very very unappetizing. It would've all cooked together as it began to boil, however seeing the raw chicken with bits of blood attached to it was too much. So,I highly recommend that you ask lots of questions before ordering. On a more positive note...I did have it replaced with the mushroom broth which was very very good 👍🏽”

“Very clean restaurant. Staff was super nice. A good selection of wine. Not a lot of food items to choose from, but the food was very good. Felt like we had 2 servers because ours was always somewhere else when we needed him. They give you some baguette before your meal. We did order some calamari for an appetizer but we never received it. We were waiting on our appetizer but we got our food. Never said anything to the server because it was too late at that point and it wasn't on the bill. Would recommend for a date or a quiet dinner with friend.”

“Authentic Mexican food in a bold, colorful and rustic space. Friendly service, but servers seemed spread thin. A wide variety of all the Mexican classics and some creative dishes. Spice level is present, so be sure to ask for no spicy toppings if that’s your preference. The rice is flavorful and delightful even on its own. A flavorful vegetarian section as well. Chips and drinks are refilled. Prices are very reasonable. Restrooms are well maintained.”

“Was hoping for an authentic asian cuisine taste like what I would get in Chinatown... I got siomai, beef, chicken fried rice and vegetable roll. Nice ambiance and set up however not the intensity of flavor I'm looking for. I like the vegetable spring roll and its sweet sauce tho. :) Also, I hope they just said the real waiting time so I can do other stuff close by and just come back to pick it up. 10minute wait became 25 sitting in the car.”

“10/10!!!! My husband and I decided to leave a restaurant down the street from monks due to terrible service . We decided to step inside Minos and absolutely loved it. The service was amazing. The staff was so accommodating. They had a huge party and were completely booked except at the bar. Only one chair was available and they went looking for an additional seat for my husband and I. The bar staff was very knowledgeable and suggested the most amazing dishes for us. CJ was his name and he did such an amazing job . We had the Fritto miso which is a must try. The new sink and side salad was the perfect shareable plate along with the tortellini(best pasta I’ve ever had). As someone who isn’t a sweats girly we decided to try the gelato and OMG !! It was such a creamy and delicious treat. Will be retuning back to explore more of their menu.”

“Atmosphere is the star of Alpana. The decor is gorgeous. The brunch menu is also diverse with many options. The winter fruit and arugula salad was delicious, however the short rib hash portion was small. For coffee, the restaurant cannot do drinks with steamed milk like lattes, cappuccinos etc. I would expect this for this caliber of restaurant. Likewise the service can be improved. Multiple times our table had to ask for beverage refills (water and coffee) and the server didn't tell us about the menu. Also it would be appreciated if allergen information was printed on the menu. On the plus side, cinnamon rolls are huge! Worth a visit especially as the place itself is beautiful.”

“This fast casual resto provides very good food and fuels you for the rest of your day / evening. I ordered Marvins burger which is a double smash burger with american cheese. This had the perfect griddle sear that was fatty and salty. The meat to brioche bun ratio was excellent. The pickles and onion gave it the crunch and tart texture to compliment the burger. The portion was just right for a full meal, not too oversized. The fries was crispy, thin and hot. The ambiance was a bit dark at the bar area, the outdoor seating during evening hours had much more lighting, if thats your preference. Definitely going to try their brunch sometime in the future. Love the location in the Fulton Market area.”

“In Chicago for a concert and found La Mexicana across the street, thought I would have an app while I wait. It was joy what I expected. It had more of a fast food vibe. You can either order at the kiosk screens they have or at the counter. I ordered the Mexi-fries with steak as my protein. Steak is a $3.00 up charge. They were alright, but a bit more Americanized than I thought they’d be. The dish was drowning in yellow cheese. The steak was good, the whole dish was good, but I’d probably not order the fries again. They also have desserts, 3 leches cake, churros, and fried ice cream, but I did not see them on the menu. The only thing I saw about dessert was a sign they had on the table after you sit down.”
