“I came to Everest because of a specific used car they had listed online. I am often wary of unfamiliar used car dealerships but I am glad I gave this one a shot. The price they had listed online was a good price but that doesn't always mean there is a deal to be had. The moment I walked up, I was welcomed by Brad. He invited me and asked how he could help. In glancing at the Google reviews for the dealership, I recognized him from several of the positive reviews I read in route to the dealership. I saw him standing with several reviewers in the photos with their respective purchases. I felt this positive vibe the whole time I was there. Brad was cordial, interested, he asked questions, and he wanted to help. When he brought the car around and I got to look it over, I was impressed by how good of condition it was in. Brad took my info and handed me the keys. I always appreciate a solo test drive, and so I did my part and fell in love with the car. When I got back communication was open and forthright. They held it for me with a small deposit while I waited for a pre-purchase inspection. When my inspection netted some issues, they had their mechanic confirm and repair them (with a nice amount of photos documenting the work). Negotiations were short and painless and I think in the end we both got what we wanted. I got the car I fell in love with and they got another happy customer. I highly recommend working with Brad if and when you visit Everest Motors, Inc.”
