The entire room takes your breath away and I love that the ceremony space quickly transitions into cocktail hour and then the dance floor. During the entire planning process the team at the BRIX was so helpful with every single question and concern. I received many check in emails along the way to help me know where I should be with planning and help with any concerns I had. We attended two open house events that helped us pick the best vendor team for our wedding day. On our wedding day everything was beyond beautiful and the BRIX team did so much to help the day run smoothly. I am so glad with how all of our pictures turned out of the venue and we did all of our photos just right outside the venue and by the river. We are so thankful we decided to pick the BRIX for our wedding venue and we would recommend this space to anyone looking to plan a wedding or event.”

The venue offers "late night snacks" which were a big hit with our guest, as well as well served drinks. I was able to decorate before hand and they worked with me to have my outside vendors setup and clean up.”

“My wedding day was 08.19.23 and it was beautiful! My husband and I fell in love with the Devonshire room. The big windows led in so much light that it just felt welcoming, and it was exactly what I pictured being married in. The grounds are beautiful for pictures and every shot was stunning. Tammy was my event planner and she was great. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me. She made sure that not only did I understand what she was saying, but that I was comfortable with it as well. My event manager on the day of my wedding was Miguel. He was also amazing! Miguel was attentive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. He really was everything we needed that day. The kitchen staff and bartending staff also did a great job. We had our ceremony and reception in the Devonshire room. The staff was on time with the set-up after our ceremony and did a beautiful job with the set-up for the reception. Everyone was very helpful. My guests were raving about how gorgeous the location was and how good the food was (they had a lot of options for food!). Thank you everyone at Chevy Chase and thank you Pam for the essential oil when I had my stress/anxiety attack!”

“This is a really great space for corporate meetings if you need to be away from your regular environment and be somewhere fun and inspirational. The various meeting rooms are colorful and very well equipped with whatever you’d need for a small or large group of people. I love some of the attention to detail (providing various materials to occupy your hands or mind while in meetings, like little tubs of Play-Doh, or fuzzy “pipe cleaners”). Everything around the meeting is taking care of very well too, like food, snacks, beverages. The staff is super friendly and helpful.”

“My husband and I just had our wedding at the Lehmann Mansion on 9/9/2023. To say it was the perfect day, is an understatement. From the very beginning of our venue search (1.5 years ago), the Lehmann truly stood out from other venues we looked at in the Chicago and Milwaukee area. Not only is the property absolutely amazing, but the people who work there make things extra special and made the planning process 100x more enjoyable. Jay in particular was our point of contact throughout the entire wedding process, and from the very beginning he was always so communicative and helpful. Something truly priceless is being able to find vendors who make the wedding planning process less stressful. Jay was consistently so responsive to my questions and last minute updates. We had so many compliments on our venue choice, I would choose the Lehmann Mansion over anything a hundred times over.”

“The easiest decision we made during wedding planning was booking Morgan’s on Fulton. We loved how beautiful the space is and loved that the enclosure on the rooftop allowed us to enjoy the skyline regardless of what the weather would be. When we did our venue tour, we knew Morgan’s was our venue based on the aesthetic but also were sold on Kasey. Kasey is the kind of person you want in your corner on your wedding day to make sure everything goes smoothly. She is experienced and incredibly knowledgeable, flexible and easy going, and detail oriented. Kasey answered all of our questions quickly, no matter the volume and how silly they were. Prior to deciding our menu, there was a change in the beer options. Our families are big Miller Lite drinkers and that was no longer an option. When we asked Kasey about it, she quickly made the adjustment for us. When the ceremony ends and cocktail hour begins, the servers are walking around with drinks as well as apps but there were not lines immediately after the ceremony. My husband and I have been to countless weddings at this point and one of our concerns about doing late night bites was that it is usually put in the corner away from the dance floor and guests aren’t aware of it. At Morgan’s, the servers will walk around with the late night bites to get the smell in the air and so that guests know there is late night bites. I’m glad they did this because all our bites were eaten and nothing went to waste. After the ceremony, Kasey and her team set up a private table for us to have our drink of choice and all the apps. I mentioned to Kasey that a few bridesmaids will be pregnant and she made sure that there was non-alcoholic margarita mix available at each bar. Kasey and her team has seriously thought of everything to make sure that your wedding or event goes perfectly. The biggest feedback we received from guests was how good the food and drink was. Our wedding was weeks ago and I still have guests telling me how good the meat, apps, and desserts were. The truffle mashed potatoes are honestly to die for. I will also be dreaming about the arancini app for a very long time. We did the spicy margarita as the signature drink and received so many compliments on it. My grandmother who doesn’t drink much enjoyed them so much that she had 2! My husband and I had the best wedding and cannot thank Kasey and the Morgan’s on Fulton team enough!”

“Here is my belated review for an intimate backyard dinner party for 9 from this past Labor Day. I worked with Emily, who was incredible and made the whole process so easy breezy beautiful. With Emily's guidance, we curated a meal based on different menus from past events for inspiration. We ended up with a charcuterie board for my family to snack on before sitting down for dinner. The meal was a plated poached pear salad with bread before a family style dinner of flank steak, salmon, potato gratin and asparagus. We also did some petite sweets for dessert. We did a combo of rentals (linens and plates) and used some of our own glassware and platters. We also provided our own booze, which saved on cost. Full disclosure, this wasn't cheap. I knew that going in and thought it was 100% worth the cost to have an elegant, peaceful dinner with my family. The food was delicious (complements to the chef!) and Barbara and Robert (the on-site staff) were lovely. They set up in my garage and cooked everything on site. Plus my spouse had to clean out the garage beforehand to make space so that was an added bonus. Overall everything went so smoothly from the deliveries to the meal itself. One thing I was pleasantly surprised about was the set-up and clean-up. They pretty much cleaned my kitchen even though they didn't use it and packaged up and put away all the food (including the chicken nuggets that I made the kiddos who did not sit down to dinner with us). Would definitely recommend Catering by Michaels!”

Our guests loved the space and all the staff were so professional and efficient. Drinks were perfect and the bartenders were quick! There was even a parking option for our guests that were driving which is hard to come by in the city! We were over the moon with how everything turned out and can’t recommend Row 24 highly enough for your wedding or special event!”

“When looking for a venue for your wedding day, it is one of the most important parts of your special day! I couldn’t have asked for a better venue and place to get married at. Bridget, and her team were amazing. This is one of the very few venues I could find to accommodate a brunch wedding and doesn’t hurt the wallet. From the details meeting to the day of the wedding, Bridget was patient, answered all my questions and made sure everything was perfect. The decorations were great and the team added little things that I didn’t even request which is great. When you go to a wedding sometimes, you wonder if the food would be a hit or miss. Not at this place. Everyone who attended the day, could not stop talking about the food and loved we had half breakfast/ lunch options, and had a variety of choice to choose from. The DJ they have as well was great and knows what he is doing. We also, did hire the Photo Booth vendor that was recommended and they were the life of the party! Overall 10/5 stars as the place is beautiful to get married at, the staff and chef know how to cook a delicious meal, and the team works hard to make you special day come to life.”
