“I brought good Jack to them, in the middle of the night, after 2.00 am, with a V-shaped wound on his back that he had gotten while chasing, I think, a cat. We were in the middle of Covid, we couldn't go out, stopped by the police who asked us where we were going. I showed the dog and explained that I had contacted the clinic and that they were waiting for us. They took care of the dog, did what they had to do, and handed it over to us when the surgery was finished. They told us what needed to be done and when to bring it back for checking. I must say that: not being from here, and finding ourselves in a time of pandemic, we had the utmost care and attention for the furry friend and also for us, anxious. Professional and kind doctors, I will always remember them with respect. Jack is no longer with us, but he is always with us, in our soul. Come on doctors who work 24 hours a day!”
