“We had 2 cats one of them with Ascot Vet and the other of our cats we adopted from another vet who had been fixed before adopting however she was showing signs of ovarian remnant. When we asked the vet we adopted from they said it’s very unlikely that it would be ovarian remnant. While at Ascot during a routine visit for our cat Freddy we asked ascot vet for a second opinion on our cat Pip and they validated our suspicions and gave the advice to go back to the vet we adopted from and ask for a blood test sure enough she had ovarian remnant and had to undergo surgery to get it fixed. Recently we adopted 2 strays to add to our family and one of them is showing signs of asthma, we took her to a vet nearby us in midland who examined her and gave us an in-house quote for ultrasound $1200. I decided to shop around and was able to get cheaper quotes, but the best advice from Ascot was to get a referral from our vet that examined her to the specialist as it’s cheaper that way and less wait time. My point of this is review is that, the advice we receive from Ascot Vet has always come from real customer care, and we are considering just using this vet as our main vet. That extra care and great advice goes a long way.”

“My Pet family have been visiting Treendale Pet Medical since we moved to Australind 8 years ago and they were on Old Coast Road. They have supported us through emergencies as well as routine appointments. When they were on Old Coast Road my pooch Oaka who was a young pup at the time, used to break out of our yard close by to go and visit them, I would get a call from reception to let me know she was there, she was safe and she was hanging out in the reception until I got home 😅😂 Over the years we have had a few minor injuries and allergies that they have helped us navigate with care and compassion. We had a bad emergency Easter Sunday last year where we nearly lost her. Dr. Torbin came in to meet us and she had an emergency surgery shortly after when she went downhill. It was touch and go but she made it. They really do go above and beyond the expected, and I find what they charge, for the service they provide to be very, very reasonable. They now also look after our Dane puppy, and I know she’s going to be in safe and capable hands who care- she’s having some issues at the moment with spring allergies as did Oaks when she was the same age. I appreciate all the staff, Dr. Torbin and Dr. Rob with the team of supportive nurses, I thank them for the wonderful efforts and support- and I definitely recommend them.”

“Over 14yrs we have been bringing our dogs and cats to this amazing vet hospital. Dr Bruce, Dr Steve, Dr Yvette and all the staff are absolutely wonderful. Our now very old boy Bear hasn't always been the easiest of dogs when it came to going to the vet but so much care and patience has always been shown to him. We have always been squeezed in last minute when one of the pack decided to do something silly and warrant a trip to the vet...a little too often sometimes 🤦‍♀️ the care provided was always above and beyond. We couldn't recommend this vet hospital enough to everyone! If we could give them a 100 star rating we would! Keep up the amazing work and we hope our next vet hospital out in the country is just as wonderful and caring as you all have been 🐶🐱”

“The receptionist is friendly and happy to answer questions to the best of her ability, she has a very welcoming approach over the phone. I'm yet to attend an appointment made for next week, hopefully we get some good management for my old girls diabetes Update: Staff are amazing and truly have a love for what they do and all things cat. I loved the waiting room which was cat themed even down to what is featured on the tv for people to watch while they wait. Dr Leah is so lovely and Chloe (cat) was so at ease with the whole experience it didn't take her long to show her sassy side while exploring the consult room and started meowing to be picked up while we chatted.”

“We have been taking Loki, Sookie, Gocciolo and Lily to Cherry Court for a while now! We are so happy with the level of care and love our beautiful animals receive every time! Our Loki is a super anxious Lab and every time we have to bring her in, the staff here are wonderful with her. They give her space, they respect her boundaries and always make us feel safe to leave her in for a procedure. Gocciolo has his grooming with the amazing Michelle every 6 weeks and she does such an amazing job! Plus all the girls at reception are so so happy to see him every single time!! We do miss Dr Nigel cause we used to see him all the time for our babies but the other vets are so nice too. Is Cherry Court the cheapest vet clinic? Maybe not, but we know we want the best level of care for our family. We know our priorities! Thank you all for looking after us. Highly recommend! The Cappa Family 🥰”

“The only vets I will use for my Gracie (Dog) The staff here are amazing, always accommodating & lovely to chat to. The reason for this review is I recently was 20mins or so late for an appointment at which I got the times mixed up, I had a call from reception at which they told me to still turn up to be seen, On arrival the lovely ladies at front desk I believe were Barbara & Kate. They checked Gracie in without any delay & got her seen too right away. I was very grateful for their service & professionalism. Always much appreciated. “Had to take our very sick 13yo girl to PVS yesterday. Dr Albert and the 2 Oncology interns were absolutely fantastic. Dr Albert was so caring in his manner when dealing with Lighthouse and explaining the results of the CT scan to us. Unfortunately my beautiful girl was so ill she had to be put to sleep. We were able to be with her when she took her last breath, and were shown incredible compassion by all. Thank you for your kind words in what was an impossibly emotional time.”
