“We've been taking our dog to Cumberland valley pet resort for about a year and a half (since he was old enough to go). He LOVES the daycare and the pet resort! Daycare: He's always so happy to arrive and generally pretty tired when he comes home. They limit the amount of dogs to workers which makes us feel at ease. Drop off/pick up times are reasonable. I wish the prices of daycare were not progressively growing or we would choose to take our dog more often. For us it's just a matter of affordability. It would be great for them to add a camera to access whenever you want. Grooming: We went to a different groomer previous to discovering Cumberland valley's groomers- before he was very nervous to go into his grooming session but he seems to tolerate it just fine at Cumberland valley! Their grooming prices are very reasonable too. We love Kelsey!! Boarding: Our dog loves to go there no matter what the occasion. He seems to always eat well however I noticed they will ask to add chicken/tuna/etc to their food if they are not eating. They are great about giving him his medicine when he needs it. Prices have gone up a bit recently. We had chose this option more frequently before the recent raise in price but still worth what you're paying. They have recently started sharing the dog's "report card" where they will send you one picture per day and/or make short comments in regards to your dogs stay - we love this! Photoshoots: They offer seasonal photoshoots for your pet for $5. How can you say no? We love this.”

“I went to Dr. Rhody for the first time today and I have to say it was an amazing experience! I have never had to take my Guinea pig to the vet in the two years I have had him. I was able to go right in and was taken care of by the tech immediately. I didn’t have to wait long for the vet. Dr. Rhody and his staff were very patient and kind with Chewy which I appreciate very much! I felt comfortable asking questions and got a lot of I formation as well as an overview of how the treatment will go! From beginning to end the visit and staff were amazing! “We’ve had the unfortunate need to use the emergency service here twice for our two boys. Both times everyone was compassionate towards our dogs, kind and left us feeling calm and quite happy with the care received. Most recently, our dogs were treated by Dr. Duncan and we could not be happier. Our wait was extended because of a high priority emergency that came in at the same time we did, but the techs triaged our boys, brought them into an exam room to make things less stressful and checked in routinely. While we ended up leaving close to midnight, Dr. Duncan and the other staff we interacted with showed no signs of fatigue despite it being a busy night. While we love our local vet and Bennett Creek is 30 minutes from home, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my animals here and we plan to use their boarding services in the future as well. Kudos to Dr. Duncan and her team, we appreciate you so much! (Our pups are doing well and after two days are basically back to being their normal silly and rambunctious selves!)”

“LP/DR: Great encounters for many years. Had a blip during my cats passing that was disappointing to me but not detrimental to my overall experiences. I have been a customer at this vet practice for over 17 years with my cat. As I suspected and was the case, my cat needed to be euthanized and passed on 03.17.2023. While expected, it was a devastating day. Both the vet and vet tech were amazing, kind and empathetic to me and my cat. I was asked if I would like some fur and paw print sent to me as a keepsake, and said yes. About a week later, I was notified that I could pick up my cat's remains and when I arrived home, I realized I was missing his fur and paw print. I contacted Cozy Cats and was told by the office manager that they send out condolence cards with these items. She asked if I had received a condolence card from the practice. I shared that I had not. She said she would do a bit more digging and get back to me the next day. My next conversation with the practice manager, initiated by me, was her sharing that she recalled doing a lot of condolences recently (but not mine in particular since there were many), had searched the office but did not find my fur and paw print and therefore felt it had been mailed and lost by the post office. While I was disheartened to not receive the fur and paw print of my cat of over 17 years, I understand mail does sometimes get lost. However, knowing that nothing was never received, I really expected to receive a replacement follow up condolence card from Cozy Cats (without the fur and paw print) to make up for the one that never arrived. Sadly, that did not happen. As a longtime customer, who has had nothing but positive experiences, I am disappointed with the lack of follow-through, thoughtlessness and lack of concern for their own process during this last stage of my pet's life.”

Dr. Gurshman and vet tech Lexi were amazing at handling my grouchy guinea pig to make him comfortable for his exam, provided amazing advice that was informative while still being empathetic. They were honest and patient with me and all of my questions. “As a former former military and Police K-9 officer who has seen too many Veterinarians to count, I just say that this is the most unprofessional (Dr Donis) one I have ever encountered! Our Corgi has vet office anxiety and she (the vet) did nothing to attempt to build a rapport or use a soothing voice while administering his immunizations. Mind you, there was not a vet tech present to assist the Veterinarian. Instead, her solution was to have him drugged up for his next visit! What??!!! He's a Corgi not a Cane Corso!! We decided to have all of his vet records sent to our email and sent the Vets office a concern. There was no reply however, we were sent a certified letter stating that we could no longer bring our mean Ole Corgi back to the office. Talk about an unprofessional retaliatory business. Reading the other reviews about this office, apparently this is not the first complaint about this particular Veterinarian. If you are searching for a Veterinarian clinic, I would highly suggest you look elsewhere!!”

“I can’t say anything good after this place, now I understand all the bad reviews. Took my pets for a dental and vaccine appointment, Mr Adelman decided that “I had” to get my dogs examined for heart worm, even though they had already had it done about 2 months before. I did file a compliant with the state because this was not ok, heart worm should be done yearly, not excessively every 2 months. Staff is also rude and unfriendly. You can receive the same treatment by the county, better prices and professional.”
