“Where do I begin? Every single person at this place of business is incredible. My little French Bulldog (Biscuit) was hit by a car. We use Brodie Animal Hospital as our general vet and I called them immediately for help with what to do. They called VEG, sent her records over and the ER was able to start working on her as soon as we got there. The treatment for her injuries required amputation of her leg. There were multiple surgeons who quoted me 7-8K for this procedure and Dr. Werner not only agreed to perform the procedure but came in at a way more affordable price for me and my family. During surgery the staff kept me updated via text and Dr. Werner called me personally after he was finished to update me on the success. When I picked her up, she recieved a certificate of courage and I felt so prepared to be able to administer her medicine post operative. This veterinary clinic is one of the greatest in Austin and you’d be foolish not to include them in the care of your animal. They all care so deeply. We will be patients for life❤️❤️”

“We love NAAH! They take excellent care of both of my dogs -- but have been so amazing with one in particular. Even though my dog Riggins has been going to them since he was a puppy, he developed truly severe vet anxiety. A few years ago, the vet who was seeing him at the time recommended we bring him in for consistent "happiness visits" -- just short visits where they give him treats and love and show him around / desensitize him. We did those pretty consistently for over a year, and it made an enormous difference. He is still anxious, but he goes in tail wagging and happy to see them. They have been so flexible and supportive in their care of him, and we truly appreciate it. In general -- their office is efficient and responsive, and everyone who works there has been very kind. “Our kitties loved their stay at the pet ranch! They came home happy and energetic, and it was clear that they were taken care of very well. My wife and I LOVED the daily report cards with pictures of our cats playing with toys and being cuddled. It was always the highlight of our day looking at those while out of town. We previously boarded our cats elsewhere, and they looked absolutely miserable when we picked them up. They hid under the couch for hours after we got home. So we decided to try Remington, even though it was nearly an hour drive from where we live in North Austin. It was 100% worth the drive, and we will always leave our kitties with Remington going forward. You can tell that the staff truly love animals and treats them accordingly. They are also slightly more expensive than the other place we used before, but it’s worth it to have peace of mind knowing that our fur babies are safe and treated well. It was so kind of the staff to give us a surprise envelope with refrigerator magnets that had pictures of our cats. And the staff told us specific things about the cats’ personalities and quirks, which made me know that they were getting plenty of individual attention. 10/10, would highly recommend!”
