He checked the lump and then went through in depth what my options were and answered my questions. He gave me a quote on the surgery, assessed my cats overall health, and overall gave me hope for my little kitty to at least have some value of life added back.”

“Update: The practice manager called to offer condolences and collaborate on resolving the issue with paw print. They're making changes to prevent similar experiences in the future. Additionally, they're planting a tree in my pet's honor, a touching gesture. I appreciate their commitment to learning, but I'll keep my original review for others. --- While the staff is generally friendly and the vets seem compassionate, my experiences have been pretty disappointing. During a dental procedure for my cat, there was a lack of clear communication regarding the need for verbal permission during anesthesia. I was taken aback when they tried to charge me for the extra anesthesia — which I wasn't adequately informed about (no mention on the consent form). In a more recent and emotionally challenging incident involving the euthanasia of my 19-year-old cat, a paid-for commemorative paw print was promised but never received due to a processing error. This, coupled with a hefty bill, has left me at a loss. Despite expressing my frustrations about communication gaps and errors, and having spent hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars, the overall service keeps falling short of expectations. They have been receptive to my feedback regarding suggestions for enhancing processes and communication. Despite my ongoing willingness to give them the benefit of the doubt, I find myself deflated and disappointed. While the location and history are convenient, the recurrent issues make me consider seeking veterinary care elsewhere.”

“If your dog is fearful and nervous at the vet, you need DR. CHERRICK. We were lucky to get in to see her and she did not disappoint. She sat on the floor and chatted with me about all the usual things (diet, teeth brushing and flea/tick prevention). She made helpful suggestions (a water additive treatment that cleans dog's teeth? Wow. I had no idea there was such a thing!). My dog was comfortable with her within the first minute. She is calm, kind, intelligent and a neighborhood treasure. I also felt that her techs were with-it and professional as well. Front desk staff were easy, too. THIS is the place.”

You will see a pattern that this veterinarian does NOT see pets in times of NEED or on an EMERGENCY basis for this I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere. Whoever the front desk girl that was working on 2/19/24 at 4pm was such a disrespectful human being, and was so rude. I have 2 pets that are very ill and needed an emergency appointment to bring them in. This front desk girl that worked showed NO CARE NO EMPATHY, and NO URGENCY what-so-ever. Basically told me to take them elsewhere to different vet and hung up the phone. Like excuse me?? I've been coming to see Dr. Mann for many years and do not deserve to be treated that way!! As a pet parent I’m appalled at this extraordinary disservice. I will never return. If you treat pet parents this way I can’t imagine what goes on behind closed doors at your business. Response to business: Absolutely no recommendations were provided to me during this stressful time of pet emergency by your staff. Your staff member had a callous attitude toward the sufferings of others. For this experience, I'm lowering my review to 1-star and do NOT recommend you with any animal’s care. I will be letting everyone in our community know about this poor experience and not to come to you.”

“What can I say about a clean and friendly environment? I love this office and their staff! From the front receptionists to the techs and the doctors... they are truly caring people. My kittens are patients at Kindred, and they are treated so well. I think the staff has loved seeing them grow from little kittens to "toddlers" (if there's such a thing). I had a chihuahua who unfortunately passed away not long ago. They understood I was out of town and made accommodations for me to see her and make arrangements for my Lola. The entire staff was so kind to sign a condolence card for me. It's a little gesture that means so much to someone grieving. I could go on... but I am definitely grateful to have found a wonderful place for Moxie and Elvis. They are truly amazing!!!”
