“My grand fur baby needed an emergency procedure. I called Grady Animal Hospital and was able to get her seen early the next day. I’ve read the reviews and let me say from my initial phone call, until my pick-up everyone was amazing. We were greeted with a warm hello, and they took her in immediately. About an hour later they gave us a follow up call to inform us the procedure went well. I called back twice before they closed just to check in on her, each person that I spoke with reassured me that all was going great with Sasha and she was doing well. “Dr Wright helped my rescue girl in her last weeks with us. She fought endlessly even after finding out that there was nothing she could do. She listened to us cry and loved on our girl and gave her so many kisses. Everyone was so respectful and understanding of our girl. No one judged her or feared her for not being dog friendly. They all did what they could. In the end we just didn’t find out early enough what was going on. I will forever be grateful for everything that was done here. Dr Wright gave our dog the right medicine to allow us to spend an amazing 5 days at home with her. Also all veterinary medicine was expensive and especially emergency. I urge you all to do your own research and form your own opinions. Get care credit, get pet insurance and do not blame these people for you not having the right resources available. Every test they gave to our dog fell right down the middle in terms of high low pricing available on google. Thank you for giving my girl comfort. Walla will be missed”

“I strongly disagree with some of these negative comments !! I had way a different experience with Sydney. When my border collie Bella wasn’t doing well and I had trouble getting records from my doctor, she got them SO fast!! AND she spoke to the specialist, Dr. Morganstern who then contacted my vet, Dr. Cooper for her heart meds. She made it so easy for me!!! When it was time for my Bella to cross over the rainbow bridge , Sydney and Dr. Cooper were there till the end and made me feel comfortable about my decision. If I ever add another fur baby to my family , I will absolutely be returning to Setauket Animal Hospital to see Sydney and Dr. Cooper!!!”
