“I am very impressed with this animal hospital! This was my third time visiting. The first time was for a medical visit. The second time was for his annual exam. This time was for a grooming appointment. Each time everyone was so kind, helpful, and patient from scheduling the appointment to checking out after our visit. We never had to wait long. The fees were very reasonable. No one tried to force additional services on us. They actually try to make your life easier and save your time. My dog, Anderson, can be challenging as he is a rescue. He can take a while to warm up to people. Each person we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient. No one forced him. They made sure he was comfortable. Dr. Jordan really took his time to explain everything to me. I never felt rushed. This is an added bonus. A vet that is just as good with people as he is with animals. I wanted to get Anderson groomed. Like I said, he is challenging so I was concerned that grooming might not be an option. One of the groomers, Lynne, actually came to see Anderson during our annual exam visit! She said that it is possible to groom him. I scheduled a grooming appointment. I didn't have to wait long to get him in. I still can't believe the level of customer service at this place! The grooming appointment went very well from dropping him off to picking him up. Lynne is so nice, and I can tell she truly loves animals. Anderson looks great! I am truly grateful for everyone at this hospital.”

“I took half our pets here and now I wonder if that half will all die one by one. 6 months ago our, then, smallest cat wasn’t feeling himself and so we took him to here like we did his canine sisters. We were assured that after some meds he’d be good but I could tell that the doctor wasn’t confident in what he was telling me. Quickly he declined further and when we took him to a emergency vet we were told it could’ve been spotted by any seasoned vet but by then it was too late. He was dead by the end of the night. My daughter’s best friend was dead. He helped potty train her and the puppies and he was dead. Since his death I have been contacted multiple times to bring in my other pets. Fat chance! I haven’t taken any of them to a vet since because I just don’t trust anyone around here anymore, especially AAH. Their place looks very nice but that’s where all your money goes. Not to training, not to hiring the right people.”

“Dr. Arsola and every other Dr and vet tech that I have encountered have all been so caring with all of our dogs! My senior dog is starting having frequent visits and their care and compassion is unmatched. My dog is happy to walk through those doors and trusts them. I’ve had vets where she dreads going and shakes the entire time. She is relaxed and calm at Longwood. She has been under their care for over a year now and will be for the rest of her life. “I had an emergency situation this morning and Atascazoo was only vet open at 7am. I’d never been there and they took my fur baby in right away. Within mins I was signing docs to have him put down as nothing could be done. They were quick, didn’t drag their feet because they didn’t have records, and allowed my fur baby to pass away peacefully rather than in my car waiting for our vet to open at 9am. I can’t thank the team enough in how they handled me in my emotional state.”

“3/23/23: Spay operation procedure & all vaccines were done here at this site for our fur pup Lady. I know it's hard to book an appointment here with Emancipet but I truly love how they provided service, handle the procedure and keeping us posted on updates. The whole procedure went well with no complications done by Maud Marin DMV. The price here is highly fair compared to other locations. Her bedside manner as a pet owner is knowledgeable, confident, and easy to understand. My dog needed surgery and I felt like he was in great hands, while also getting pricing up front - which is huge!! He’s fully healed now with no scar! The vet techs are also super caring and understanding. I unfortunately had to let one know that my dog may bite since he could be sometimes be uncomfortable with males and he was so understanding and quickly found a replacement. I’d definitely recommend them!”
