The staff is super friendly and helpful, they will ask you to read the store policy, I recommend you read the return policy. I went back the same day a few hours later and bought a game I regretted not buying the first time around.”

Video games and retro toys seem to be the main inventory available BUT there are other cool stuff strewn around as well all at fairly reasonable prices to boot! Service was great to, friendly knowledgeable and fun to talk to! Can't complain Male's Cemts is a nice variety media store and I'd recommend it for folks in the area! “Had fun searching the shelves initially, then decided to ask the associate working for a few specific games. He seemed so uninterested in helping me, it was laughable. Between any questions, he’d turn around and continue to play video games on a screen. Then when my requests became more frequent, he switched to a handheld (PSP if I remember correctly) so he didn’t have to keep turning around. It’s a bummer, I collect all variants of a specific title for all consoles, and I had to ask if the computer he was using had an option to search instead of him answering “umm, I’m not sure if we have that now” Luckily, they did have some things I wanted. His response was “yeah you’re just gonna have to find them” and proceeded to play video games. The store was empty at this time! Bummer, not too many instances where I can truly say a business lost out on my business outside of that day. My wife and I laughed it off and left. Cool store, but customer service was horrid. I’ll try back in a year or so.”

The other part of the store is dedicated to TTRPGs with a huge Games Workshop selection, so you can get basically whatever Warhammer or 40k stuff you need. They also host game nights every Thursday which is really cool if you're looking for somebody to play Warhammer with.”

“Kim (I believe she is a manager) was awesome! She was so friendly and engaged me as soon as I approached the counter. She was pleasant to chat with and upbeat. I brought in some walker animal balloons I purchased on Amazon to inflate and one instantly started deflating. She immediately offered to help calling herself "the balloon whisperer". Sure enough, she located the holes in my little pig and patched them for me. You rarely encounter people being so friendly or eager to help so I had to leave a review.”

“Walked in about 7:15 pm on 12/14/23 with my boyfriend for a PS5 we ordered at about 5:50 pm. There was a woman associate with an FBI (Full Blooded Italian?? 🤷🏾‍♀️ lol) hat on. She attended to us immediately. Our order wasn't ready as she was alone and didn't have time to in such short notice. She went straight to the back and grabbed our PS5. My boyfriend gave her a hard time about not having big bags to put the PS5 in. She was respectful yet stern with her response which I completely respect! She gave us a box for our PS5 and now we are home happily setting up our new toy lol. My boyfriend admitted he was wrong and respected the way she handled the situation. I hope she sees this because she's doing a great job!!”
