“We had very bad experience to have dinner here. We had total of 8 people from other state and called about 10 different courses and drinks. @ The food are not too good - calamari is too hard and tastes like the frozen one get heat up and serve - Com ga Phu Yen isn't acceptable. The rice is undercooked, the chicken is over fried. - The main reason made us not really happy is Com Bo Luc Lac. The beef is very very salty… we talked to the waitress about this and asked to recook since we could not eat. It took very very long time to wait for the new dish. After recook, the beef is still very salty and unacceptable…. 2 of us had to leave 2 full dishes of com bo luc lac and had no meals due to this issue and we had to leave since we couldnt wait anymore. @ Customer service: The waiter was not very friendly and looked so tired. He didnt have smile the whole time. When he brought out the rice dish with hot soup on it but not carefully to place on the table, the soup was almost poured out. We had to remind him to be carefully. @ Cleanliness: With restaurant business, the restroom is very important. But at the time we were there, it was really dirty and the sink wasn't cleaned well. It made us not really comfortable.”

“We went here to enjoy pho and some iced coffee. The food is average. We ordered the chicken sandwich (banh mi) and the combination pho. We have had better banh mi and pho. The banh mi was super dry. The pho was not as flavorful. I wouldn’t recommend going in there if food is your major concern. Service wise they’re terrible! Our server was rushing us even though it wasn’t as crowded and when we accidentally dropped our tea and asked for replacement, they were very rude! I understand if you don’t want to replace the tea but there is no reason for people to be rude, the same thing can be said politely. Overall, the food is average and terrible service. Not going in there again.”

“One word: Wow. This place has a dim atmosphere with an upbeat Vibe that's a little bit Urban and the friendliest most hospitable staff I have ever encountered. Mike was a great host. This place is great for a date night or a late night meal or lunch or a group of friends. They also deliver. There were a lot of options from which to choose. There were even low carb options for those who might typically avoid noodle dishes. Contrary to a prior review, and as a plant-based person, there were plenty of vegan options. Not to mention, having tofu as an additional option adds to a great source of protein for the vegan options. You can add more veggies, tofu or whatever... They're happy to customize and make recommendations! I had the Veggie pho with Zucchini noodles, which came with bok choy, carrots, sprouts, two slices of jalepeno (on the side) & Vietnamese mint (on the side). I went with my partner at about 10:45pm, and this was one of the best, healthiest, freshest meal a person could get this late at night... And filling! Definitely would recommend!”

“I had the banh mi with BBQ pork, Vietnamese sausage, pate, and a scrambled egg. The roll was perfect with a shatteringly crisp crust and a soft interior. There was cucumber in it but I missed the picked daikon radish and carrots. I also had a small bowl of pork broth which was sumptuous.”

“Nice place for Vietnamese food in town. We stopped by after a long day of exploring and the food tasted great. Waiters and waitresses are friendly. We ordered 9 dishes and they brought them out in a couple minutes. Restrooms are very clean.”

“This pho spot has been close to my heart for fifteen years! The people working there are so sweet and welcoming, the food comes out incredibly fast, and on a cold rainy day their pho just hits different. My usual order is the shrimp fresh rolls and the veggie pho, but I’ve tried their seafood pho and chicken pho and those are divine as well. No complaints and the quality has not changed in a decade.”

“My Bahn Mi beef meat was about 80% gristle. I couldn’t chew it and had to spit most of the “meat” out. The rest of the food ordered was sub-par, especially for the expensive price. Absolutely below average Pho spot. Not sure why there are so many great reviews? I didn’t feel like I got what I paid for. We are never coming here again.”
