Timberland Highlands Resort
4.7
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 03:00 PM

Timberland heights, LOT 2 Clubhouse Dr, San Mateo, 1850 Rizal, Philippines

“The place itself is breathtaking especially the view of the whole Metro Manila. It has good amenities and room tho I still find it pricey compared to other hotels I've been too. Their food is good but not top tier. The highlight, for me, is their crew service, their crews are dedicated and enthusiastic.”

The Duyan House At Sinagtala Resort

The Duyan House, Sinagtala Resort, Orani, Bataan, Philippines

“We had a great stay here. We stayed here for overnight, the room is spacious with great view of the forest. Their quiet hour start at 9pm, so no loud noise beyond 9pm though you can still be outside and have some bbq party at night just minimize the voice. The resto is cozy and the staff are friendly. I love how lovely the staffs are every time we meet them anywhere the area they are so welcoming and kind. It's just so relaxing to stay here.”

Henann Garden Resort, Boracay
4.5
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 03:00 AM

Boracay Island, Station 2, Malay, 5608 Aklan, Philippines

“Our experience at Henann Garden Boracay was absolutely incredible! From the very first moment we stepped into the hotel, we were blown away by the inviting ambiance, delightful aroma, and the warm reception from the front office staff. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the efficient assistance of Ms. Alyssa, who not only facilitated an early check-in but also surprised us with a room upgrade to the spacious Premier suite. The bellmen were incredibly courteous, leaving us with nothing but praise for their kindness. Our upgraded room was a dream, impeccably clean, well-equipped with modern amenities, and even fulfilled all our special requests. The complimentary chocolates and the personalized birthday cake made us feel truly cherished. The multiple pools, operating from 9 am to 9 pm, provided ample relaxation and fun, and the direct access to the beach was a definite highlight. Although the breakfast was of high quality, we had hoped for a wider variety of selections. The exceptional service extended beyond our expectations; every staff member, including the guards, was caring and attentive. Their immediate assistance when I was stung by a jellyfish showcased their genuine concern for guests' well-being. Considering the outstanding experience, the price felt entirely justified. Special commendations to Ms. Alyssa from the Front Office Department, whose personalized service and warm demeanor made our stay memorable. We are eagerly looking forward to returning to Henann Garden Boracay next year – it truly felt like a home away from home!!”

The Farm At San Benito
4.5
( 16 reviews )
Closed until 02:00 PM

119 Barangay, Lipa, 4217 Batangas, Philippines

“It is easily accessible as it can be reached in 2 hours by road. I would say that the experience in San Benito is what you paid for here. Other than the room that is underwhelming for me, their offerings such as massages and hydrotherapy are top-notch, though you have to pay for a lot for it. The food is quite good to our surprise, especially their vegan offerings at Alive. I recommend this for couples who want a high-end weekend R&R outside the city.”

Kandaya Resort
4.5
( 8 reviews )

Agujo, Daanbantayan, 6013 Cebu, Philippines

“Kandaya is a luxurious tropical paradise! The resort grounds are stunning with pristine beaches and beautifully designed villas. The food is incredible - expertly prepared meals with fresh, local ingredients. The staff provides world-class service, making you feel like a VIP. There are so many amenities and activities to enjoy. I had an amazing, relaxing stay at Kandaya. It exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be coming back! 5 stars”

Antipolo Star Resort
4.4
( 16 reviews )
Closed until 02:00 PM

Mayor F. De Jesus Sr., Payong, Antipolo, 1870 Rizal, Philippines

“I only came for an afternoon on the waterslides and I did not get a room, so this is the only thing I am reviewing. I was disappointed for 2 reasons: 1) the waterslides are only open from 1 PM to 3 PM in the weekends. In the week days they are closed and only the small children slides are open. 2) you are not allowed to access the structure with only the entrance ticket, but you have to rent a gazebo too. (minimum 1000 PHP in the website there is no mention of neither of the items above.”

Playa Tropical Resort Hotel

XFWX+MJF, Barangay Victoria Currimao, Laoag City, 2900 Ilocos Norte, Philippines

“Breathless hidden resort in Laoag! Not crowded and family-friendly resort. My kids enjoyed it a lot! The beach is right there next to the resort and you will find your peace at this place. It is worth driving from Cavite to Laoag. Very relaxing place! It is recommended, especially for families.”

Cattleya Resort
4.3
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 02:00 PM

Sitio Ibabaw, Colaique, Bo. San Roque, Antipolo, Rizal, Philippines

“Pool 5 Maricor - View is average at best, full of obstructions from the trees and you wont really get a clear city skyline view. The ref was not functioning. NO WIFI and POOR DATA signal. The place and pool size is quite good though. Overall, for the 22k price, I'd recommend to check other pools or places.”

Paradise Garden Resort Hotel & Convention Center Boracay
4.2
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 02:00 PM

XW3H+PGW, Manggayad, Boracay Hwy S, Boracay Island, Malay, 5608 Aklan, Philippines

“Good value for money hotel ideal for families specially because of its pools, as well as is massive space in station 3. We had a convention here and the room we stayed in was clean, specially the comfort room. There are portions of the hotel that lessened its appeal due to lack of orderliness and maintenance (like AC fluids stuck in the balcony plant box that have built up stagnant water, or the glass elevator that requires cleaning of the construction debris visible to guests as you ride it). Will still consider staying here though because of their reasonable rates.”

Boracay Tropics Resort Hotel
4.4
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 02:00 PM

Station 2, Bo. Manggayad, Boracay Island, Malay, 5608 Aklan, Philippines

“What can say, hands down 5star rating all the way. We came in late check-in and were greeted with a cold and very refeshing drinks by two of the lovely front desk ladies, all smiles with a very warm welcome. It took us only few minutes to get us checked-in and one of the staff walked us to our room. We booked a dormitory-type room that sleeps a total of six. The room was clean, huge room and the beds were fresh and comfortable. They have instant coffee/tea for guests, electric kettle, a mini fridge. Bathroom is good enough in size, clean and equipped with needed toiletries and towels. Our booking came with breakfast buffet. Food was hit or miss but overall ok. The surroundings/garden is well maintained and the swimming pool is good enough size and very clean too. Not a beach front which I like, away from all the noise from the bars but is just 3-5minute walk to the beach. Grocery stores and restos around. A very pleasant and relaxing stay for sure. Thank you Boracay Tropics and keep it up. Will sure stay here again next time we're around Boracay.”

Hillcreek Gardens Tagaytay
4.5
( 8 reviews )

134 Tagaytay - Alfonso Road Brgy, Alfonso, 4123 Cavite, Philippines

“I recently stayed at Hillcreek Gardens to attend a wedding, and the location is just so refreshing and serene. If you’re looking to get away from the city, this is it. Location: It is about 10-15 minutes away by car to the busy Tagaytay areas like Taal Vista and Skyranch, and easily accessible thru the new Calax. Ambiance: Hillcreek’s lush greenery is just heaven. The sprawling grounds will help you forget that right outside is a busy road. There’s a lot of trees and flowers and open spaces, and the air is fresh and cold. Bring a jacket just to be sure. Rooms: I stayed in the Casitas area, which is where their older rooms are housed. The rooms are comfy, not big but not small either. Bathrooms are okay but a little on the older side, and a little narrow. Closets come with an ironing board (useful!). The extra bed was surprisingly comfy. The window looks out onto the terrace, but you will be seen from the outside since the path outside is right by the window. Food: The Blue Room is where the breakfast buffet is served. Lovely dining area with indoor and outdoor seating. There’s a fair amount of choices for breakfast ranging from salad, to bread and jam, to the typical Filipino meal, among others. The most memorable part of breakfast has to be the taho display in the corner that serves real taho—warm and sweet! You can also order from their menu during lunch or dinner which is pretty convenient. Service: The overall service of Hillcreek Gardens is exemplary. Wherever you go, you will be greeted by staff with a bright smile. Need something? No problem. Lost? No problem. Staff are really really easy to speak to. Parking: Hillcreek Gardens comes with some parking slots, but may be challenging if multiple events or a wedding is happening since it’s limited. I didn’t count but you can probably fit about 20 vehicles, with some manoeuvring required. Cons: The plenty of open spaces means that when it rains/drizzles, you will get wet when moving from some buildings to the next. It happened to rain/drizzle quite a bit during our stay so getting back to our rooms when this happened was a little bothersome. There are a lot of steps going to the various locations, so older people might find it difficult to get around. There are ramps and roads inside, but they’re not all linked together so certain areas are not as accessible by car or wheelchair. Going up and down the steps when it’s wet/drizzling is also something to watch out for. Overall, I feel like the few cons of the location are far outweighed by the beautiful location, good food and great staff service. Very nice place to have weddings and parties, and to attend them.”

Coco Mountain Resort
4.3
( 8 reviews )

Lot 1, Blk 8 Lolo Tinong Subd., Rodriguez, 1860 Rizal, Philippines

“The place has a very good view of the mountain. Service staff is respectful and courteous. The rest room and shower room needs improvement. They need to add more of essential fixtures in the communal shower rooms and toilets. The NYC room needs to have a bathroom inorder for it to be commensurate to its rate. The ambiance is quite faithful to its intended feel and has a potential to be a really good place to unwind and recreate.”

Casa Pilar Beach Resort

“The place is so nature friendly and very clean. The rooms are also well organized. I love the vibes in this place. Very accessible to the beach.”

Henann Tawala Resort, Bohol
4.4
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 03:00 PM

Inside Henann Complex, Beside the convention center, Brgy, Panglao, Bohol, Philippines

“I was introduced to Henann by my Filipino family and we stayed in Henann Boracay before we came here in Tawala. Well Henann positioned themselves as luxury 5 stars but there’s a few basic amenities that makes me rethink if i will stay with Henann again, probably not. Shower If I know I am staying in a higher end hotel I usually pack light on my toiletries as I assume proper shower gel, shampoo, in-room slipper, and bathrobe will be provided. But none of the above are provided in this 5 star hotel. They only provide a small soap and a very low quality shampoo and conditioner. First world problems i guess 🤣 Water They only provide 2 small bottles a day. I have to try very hard to request for additional bottles in this hotel group. I ended up just head out to the nearer 7-11 to get my own water. Staff and service This is one of the areas we like most about Henann, the people. All the staff we encountered are very well-trained and friendly, thumbs up to all the crews 👍 Pool We do enjoy the pool but won’t recommend getting the direct pool access room as the pool is open to all hotel guests, so you’ll see stranger swimming right through your front door. Food The hotel breakfast is okay but I’ll rate it as below average for a luxury hotel standard. The selection is very limited and it gets extremely crowded. Only black coffee and tea is provided, no latte or cappuccino etc”

Cadlao El Nido Resort
4.3
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 02:00 PM

Caalan Masagana, El Nido, 5313 Palawan, Philippines

“Cadlao was an amazing stop on our honeymoon. The amenities and service were world class. Every day there are 2 free drinks to choose from between 3-5, there's 3 pools, free restaurant style breakfast and an amazing location. It's outside of El Nido but still close enough to easily walk which made it a fantastic secluded location which we loved. The entire staff was so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay nice. We booked a garden suite which was lovely. It was more private which I appreciated. The main draw backs were that the water in the rooms was never warm, let alone hot, and the water pressure was to be frank, a joke. I would have appreciated a good shower, but that was not to be had. Additionally, the drinks were not very good. The frozen drinks were the best we found, but the quality in general left a lot to be desired. But over all those are small things for the incredible location, experience, and hospitality we received at cadlao. I'd totally recommend staying here on your trip to El Nido.”

Villa Jovita Resort
4.1
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 02:00 PM

WW79+J8J, Batangas, Philippines

“Villa Jovita is a riverside pool resort located in Agoncillo, Batangas. I can say that the entrance fee is okay given that the cottages are free and you can pick any. Expect that the place is under renovation so some of the cottages and the place are not so well maintained. They also don't serve food so bring your own or you can walk outside the villa. There is a nearby cafeteria where you can order. The theme park is located behind the villa so you can't find them with the pools. It's separated from the resort itself. Parking space is huge so there is plenty of space. Nonetheless, if you are looking for a place to escape the heat of summer. You can visit this place to cool down.”
