“Simply the WOSRT Spa Wellness Staffs in Switzerland. If you are a foreigner, do expect to be treated differently than the Swiss customers. We visited the Wellness Spa. Couldn't believe it was 5 star Spa as spa staffs shouldn't be working in the service industry. The whole experience was not pleasant as checking in at the spa reception was very stressful and not welcomed. No facial expression, only trying to educate the customer. Also the gown I received was dirty near the neck area and I asked for new one, the staff was not happy to change to the new one. No sorry, no comment whatsoever, just handed me over the new one without saying anything. Spa staff was nice to Swiss german speaking customers (I understand Swiss German), but to us, rude, even to the point looking down. I spoke High German to them, but for some reason, the staff replied back in English only. We regularly visit wellness in whole Switzerland after hiking in the morning, or the night before, but we never experienced such treatment in the last 6 years. Would never come back to this pricy wellness as it does not worth my money for such poor customer service. I did raise this issue to the management, but they were busy only backing up their staff and doesn't realize what the problem was or didn't even try to understand. If the hotel is 5 star and luxury, staffs behaviours and training should also align with the quality of the hotel.”
