“As a wedding photographer, I've had the pleasure of capturing countless memories in various venues, and Rowton Castle stands out as a gem of a wedding location. I’ve been there in the height of the summer on some of the hottest days and let me tell you, the air conditioning is top notch. Not only that but in the winter it makes for the most amazing, cozy wedding venues. It’s just great all round. Fab views, grounds, outdoor ceremony space, great staff. It’s got it all really. I’m back next month and very much looking forward to it!”

“We are staying at Bodmin Holiday Park in one of the Villas. They are very spacious inside. The one we are in has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A good size kitchen and large dining room/living space. There is plenty of space between us and the neighbouring villa. The kitchen and bathroom and fully functional, clean and tidy just a bit dated around the edges. The overall park is nice and well kept. The fishing lakes are nice to have a walk around. The bar and restaurant look like they have had a refresh recently so we are very welcoming. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. There are plenty of local pubs in the area (we have tried a few whilst being here) that serve good pub cooked food!”

“Mid Oct visit so expectedly quiet. They offer this as dog friendly site...not really because you cannot leave a dog unattended in a caravan,(quite rightly) But if you choose to go near the main complex they will put you in a dreary room away from as many people and facilities as possible...could not get a drink if you were on your own.need someone to hold the dog. Not really dog friendly.. If you take your dog go when it is warm as you are better off sitting outside.”

“Visited the spa - morning with lunch. Can not fault the whole experience, the facilities are 5 star, staff were friendly and attentive. Everything was clean. The massage given by Chloe was brilliant as was the facial. The lunch was delicious. Will definitely be back!!”
