“Booked a suite in Castillo Della Valle but on the ground floor facing the car park with no view and privacy charging the same as other suites upstairs. How would any hotel have rooms on ground floor in the first place?!Guess it is a holiday property that is intended for sale but no one buys, then converted to a “luxury” hotel. The whole resort is more suitable for local Thai customers but is very challenging for non Thai speaking visitors. It’s a big resort. If you don’t have a car, it is not very convenient to get around by relying on the shuttle services.”

“Upon checking in, we were given a welcome drink at the front desk. The staff helped us with our luggage and guided us to our tent. The atmosphere around the area was calm and peaceful. We enjoy walking around in the morning for fresh air. They have an infinity pool too! (Note that eco tents come with separate bathrooms, which might be troublesome if you are a frequent toilet visitor.)
